September was the young lady that gave us a history and tasting. She was very pleasant and we enjoyed our visit and purchased a few things. ????

Went in for some tastings, and was not disappointed! Very nice, well organized, and amazing spirits! Gary was an amazing host, very knowledgeable and kind! Would recommend to locals and tourists alike. Ended up buying 2 bottles, and can't wait to come back to buy more!

Attentive service and great experience learn about Kentucky bourbon and great selection of beverages highly recommend to do both flights for full tasting.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning it was a but of a drive off the interstate. They had wines with grapes shipped in from California which I believe is poor marketing that you are either a winery or distillery, not both. I went with the $10 flight over the $30 top flight. The Kentucky vodka was uneventful, in my opinion the St Luje lavender and Cinnful 69 were terrible and you should mess with flavors. Loved the taste of a true bourbon in the Lincoln and the story of how the proof is written on so I bought that one Went back again today and had a lovely chat with Gary. I don't care fir the cinnamon or lavender but got a Kentucky and another Lincoln

Small, but Mighty! Fantastic bourbons… maybe the best double oaked I’ve ever tried! Bottle design and art is cool and different- Saints and General’s. Worth a quick stop for a tasting or glass of wine (bourbon barrel finished)

We had a blast at Boundary Oak. Met the owner Brent and his friend Steve who served us that day. Great bottles of spirits too. This was a small distillery with a lot of creative work going into their products. You’re sure to find a favorite! We all did.

Excited to try this highly rated distillery so paid for the premium flight. The pours were so small we could barely taste anything. Honestly have no idea if their whiskey is any good. The young lady doing the pouring was nice but admittedly doesn't drink bourbon. She just gave us a little info about how each was made. Overall very disappointing.

Stopping at this small family owned distillery was a wonderful surprise, I highly recommend the premium tasting offered here. If your there with someone they might try the regular tasting. Both are very good. The people there are as nice as you can find anywhere. A treasured memory. .I would like to add that that the War Eagle is as good as any other bourbon l have had it is top flight, the cinnful 69 is outstanding it isn't fireball its far smoother would be fantastic in hot cider, don't miss the St Michel or the signature Pstton.

Gary and Marie were so welcoming and very knowledgeable about their bourbon and the distillery. My boyfriend and I did the tour and tasting and it was an amazing experience. Great conversation with both Gary and Marie. I am not much of a bourbon drinker myself but still had a great time and loved tasting the wine and Cinnful. We left with a bottle of it!

Just had a lovely experience here. Gary & September were super welcoming & the bourbon was delicious. Highly recommend the lavender bourbon, it’s smooth & delicious! Thanks Gary for the wonderful experience!

Don’t let this place get by you when you visit The Bourbon Trail. They are open an hour later than nearly every other place… great marketing idea. This place is putting out some kickin’ whiskey!!! Their flagship is Abraham Lincoln around 112 proof, but they have several expressions, some paying tribute to first responders, which is awesome! My husband bought the double-oaked limited edition (see picture of Abraham himself), & this was easily my husband’s favorite bottle on our trip. Last but not least… very friendly staff.

???? Boundary Oak Distillery – Small, Charming, and Full of Character Located near Fort Knox, Boundary Oak is one of the smallest distilleries I’ve visited—but it has its own unique charm. The tour starts with a short film in a small theater, and while the guided part is relatively modest due to the size of the facility, it still offers interesting insights into their craft. Founded in 2013 by Brent Goodin, this was the first legal distillery in Hardin County since Prohibition. What makes it special is the use of natural limestone spring water sourced from beneath a 100-year-old oak tree—a beautiful connection to its name. The tasting includes a selection of their distinctive spirits like Lincoln Straight Bourbon, Patton Armored Diesel, and the floral St. Luke Lavender. Each bottle tells a story, and the staff adds a personal, welcoming touch. It may not be a full-scale operation like some others on the trail, but Boundary Oak stands out for its authenticity, heritage, and heartfelt approach to bourbon-making. Worth a stop if you're in the area and enjoy small-batch, story-driven spirits.

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded so we're were able to do a tasting . They Offer 2 different flights ..Flagship and Platinum. We did both so we could experience most of their products. The Platinum flight is definitely worth the extra cost. They have a nice gift shop where you can purchase their bourbons, whiskey, vodka, wine and moonshine. They even have a Lavender Whiskey that my wife loved. Price vary based on the age and true of bourbons. A neat distillery with an interesting history, definitely a place to try when in the Elizabethtown area.

Michele was Amazing!!! Loved my tasting and Michele was full of knowledge and insights to the spirits. Try the lavender/honey bourbon, it plays with your senses. You smell lavender, then taste honey from this smooth 60 proof bourbon before your taste pallet is finished with a bountiful note of lavender.

Such an awesome distillery that is still small batch and family owned! If you go to one distillery on the bourbon trail go here! Super friendly staff with top shelf spirits!

I stopped in after work today to see if they had anything new and they had three new bottles that we're not here the last time I was! They have a lot of open bottles on the bar so you can try before you buy which I think is a great method. Pretty unique whiskey, would recommend. ?

This a great stop on the KBT and if you like history , the Patton museum is near by and for the outdoorsy a knife factory next door. Boundary oak has a wide array of product for everyone from the cinnful 69 which is awesome to the war eagle bourbon. A recommended stop for the whiskey person in your group

An unplanned stop after seeing signage along the Interstate. Thrilled we made it. Did not have time for more that a quick tasting but scored a couple of bottles for the trip. Pretty amazing distillery with super friendly staff and a great selection of products with beautiful displays. Highly recommend a visit if in the area. Note that I’m a non drinker and still enjoyed the place.

This distillery has been in business for 10 yrs as of this visit. I got a tour and tasting. The tour didn't include the distilling process or rickhouses, but did include a short verbal history and a very informative video that talks about bourbon history in general. The ones I tasted were all good, 100+ proof, and typically 2 years old. The bottles were VERY unique and I really liked them. My 4-star rating is mainly because I've had much more in-depth tours. The person that helped me was nice and knowledgeable, and they accepted walk-ins. Worth a stop if you're in the area. Worth a stop.

Ms. Lisa took really good care of me. I ordered my collection a couple years ago and wasn't able to come up from Atlanta Georgia to pick up. I was thoroughly satisfied with my customer service and the tasting.

Once again another amazing distillery in Kentucky. There is a tasting and history of Boubon experience that you can enjoy but it is a much smaller operation than other. They have some of the best tasting Bourbon that I have tried as of yet. Staff is friendly and fun to conversate with.

Had a lot funk here. It’s small but they got some neat historical items. We did the tasting and I like what I had especially the my Kentucky home bourbon. We bought a couple bottles and everyone was friendly and the vibe was chill.

Quick detour on our way to Arkansas. So glad we stopped. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere. They have quite a variety and there is something for everyone. We did a tasting and really enjoyed our time there. Our favorites were the General Patton Diesel, St. Luke Lavender Whiskey, and Cinnful 69 Moonshine.

Top notch. We actually stayed here as part of the Harvest Host Membership. We knew we'd be arriving late so we called ahead and they worked with us to purchase a bottle of their lavender whiskey over the phone and pick it up after hours. They were very accommodating. My wife does not like whiskey but she actually loved the lavender bottle we picked up. So unique!

We had a tour by Linda this morning. SO very knowledgeable, amazing tour. I had to leave with three bottles to bring home. This is a must-stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Thank you!

My wife and I loved the tour and tasting. We sampled a few bourbons and liked some. Their gift shop has a nice selection. We spent 1 hour there.

So glad we stopped at Boundary Oak Distillery— we wanted a Bourbon adventure and we got one! Cody was a very personable guide as he reviewed the history of the distillery and facilitated our tasting. His sense of humor and obvious interest in the topic made for great laughs and conversation. We enjoyed all of the tastings but particularly enjoyed the St. Luke lavender whiskey, My Old Kentucky Home, and Cinnful69. The Fall and Halloween decor was a true bonus! Well done! Definitely worth a stop ???

Distillery is a nice, clean and small business that has some great history within it. Worth the trip and a great way to spend a few hours. The tasting is great and very affordable ($10 and $9 for military). They do need to improve their theater. The sound isn't very good and the audio is hard to here. It also can get pretty warm in the building so be prepared for that. None the less, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and history. Great experience.????

This was a wonderful experience. I had no idea that they were there. I've been to a few distilleries, this one is one if the smaller that I've visited. Even though it was small, it was well worth it. The tour is short, but very informative. The tasting is well worth the $8 investment.

A small distillery but the variety of Bourbon are well worth a try. The host Brent was a very personable and fun host. Boundary Oak Distillery owned by Brent was established in OCT 2013. His family was always affiliated with Bourbon but he was the first to own a distillery! Our group was given a tour of the place and learned the history. We got to try 7 items that they make and two other ones that were going to be bottled in a couple of months! The place is nice and clean! Oh they have a cute little gift shop too. The prices of the bottles are not too bad! My favorite was the CINNFUL69. The aroma of it was wonderful and even better when you drink it!
