I didn’t catch anyone’s name, even though these mechanics fixed my issue. They done a good job replacing my serpentine belt on my car. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. My car drives brand new.
My driver was courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his scope of work. Displayed his expertise by transferring my vehicle from his flatbed onto a vehicle trailer. Awesome Awesome Awesome I have complete confidence in this company and I highly recommend them.
Speeds and does not respect the laws of the road or other drivers. Drives like a total madman! Weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off. I called dispatch on him it was so bad. He entered my neighborhood after this behavior and proceeded to run all the stop signs!

The driver was very professional and prompt and actually arrived sooner than expected though they were busy taking care of multiple customers.
Upon talking with the driver, I learned these guys also do auto repairs as well, he was very knowledgeable about cars, so I booked an appointment to get my Tahoe checked out.
Honestly I could of took the car I had towed by them to them, yet I had already had the repairs booked somewhere else which they spoke highly of the mechanic I was getting it towed to, which let me know I was in good hands either way.

Quick and affordable! The tire on my van went completely flat and I didnt have a spare. He showed up in 5 minutes to my location and drove it to the discount tire for us for only 100$. Most companies ask 150 JUST to hook up! Paying was quick and easy to. Everything went smoothly. No complaints here!

I needed a 30 mile tow straight on Dixie Hwy from Radcliff to Louisville after my car break down nightmare. He got my car there and I was able to Venmo him without meeting him in person. Insurance company couldn’t reach out to their towing company due to it being a holiday so they linked me up with Billy’s Towing. He said it be an hour or so but arrived to change my tire within the hour. Took him no time to put the spare on my vehicle. Provided both a hard copy and email invoice.
Had my thermostat in my car go out while driving and needed a tow; I called, and they had a friendly, respectful young man out within half an hour to tow my car home. He was very careful not to damage my car or any property, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend them if you get in a pinch like I did!
Needed to be towed after the linkage on our truck decided to break. Called AAA since we're members and was told they couldn't get a tow services out to us until about 11pm, it was 7:30pm and we were stuck in the drive thru at Walgreens. Called Billy's and told him what was going on and that we needed a tow, he located his driver and told us he was not far from us and would be there in about 5 mins, he even told us he could fix the broken linkage if we would like and could have it all done in about an hour or so. 5 minutes later his tow guy was there, he was able to get the truck into drive so we could move out from the drive thru, they towed it back to their place and about an hour later we were up and running again. And the price for the tow and to fix the linkage was 3 times cheaper than it would have been to have the vehicle towed to just our house. They definitely saved us when we needed it. If we ever need anything again they will be the first on our list to call. Thanks so much!!!!!

I absolutely recommend Billy’s towing … i called him and told him how many miles I needed towed. His price was half of other places I called… and I like the fact that I contacted him directly. And he kept me updated with his arrival time (he was on another run when I called). It wasn’t 30 mins and he was pulling up. His services are highly recommended.
Quoted me 75 to go 2.5 miles, was expectimg 200 based on other towing services. Dude was super nice and even helped jump the battery so i could recover the key from a dead battery (push-in ignition so it locks if you push it in. Dead battery means no unlock). Definitely using thdm again if I need
Was traveling through Elizabethtown, KY from AR on Sunday afternoon when my SUV started flashing low oil and to pull over immediately. I tried to call my insurance to arrange a tow but the insurance wanted me to download an app. After failing to get a tow with my auto insurance, I did a Google search and found Billy's Towing as the first service listed with 24 hour towing. I called and Billy sent a wrecker to tow the SUV and also picked my family up in another vehicle to take us to a hotel. There was a huge thunderstorm that popped up in the middle of the towing experience and the job still got done. I asked who Billy trusted to make the diagnostic and repair on the SUV and he recommended Big O Tires. Billy dropped off my SUV at the repair shop. The next day the repairs were made and we were able to continue our vacation. Billy even contacted me to make sure I had been taken care of. I believe Billy's Towing treats their customer's right, they make sure the job gets done and they make it a point to treat customer's like real people. Absolutely amazing service !!! Having an experience with a towing company can go really good, or bad. Either you spend a lot of money, or to much money. Yet with Billy’s I know I’m getting any help that I need with my vehicle. Yesterday I was locked out of my car for the very first time, and with one phone call they came out to me and definitely provided and quick, swift and innovative service to me. I definitely plan on going to them if anything ever happens again! Praying not!
After the 1st company accepted the tow order, then left me waiting for 2 hours on the highway before finally canceling, Billy's accepted the order and were on site within 30mins. Billy & Logan quickly and efficiently had the car towed to the shop for me, from arriving on site to dropping the car at the shop they were done in 3omins.
