Great place been going to Edwards for some time and IV never had a bad experience they got good hard working people their they have always been nice and quick to help you get in your way and Iv never really been given bad pricing it's always been what the price of scrap is at the time
I have been here 3 times now and have had un-knowledgable and very rude office staff. The last time I was looking for a starter on my Ford and they pointed in a direction they said it would be. So I walked across the property in heavy rain, and again,,, no Ford
I have always been very satisfied doing business there. Until recently there is a new face employee that really turned me off to returning there. I moved a purchased battary from one side of my truck bed to the other, then he challenged my ownership if it, demanding to see my proof of ownership.
I wanted to explain it to him when , but my desire was not to embarrass him in front of his coworkers. He does that just fine on his own, and don't need any help from me.
Basically I was made to feel like sone low down pond scum thief until I proved otherwise.
If it's a question of integrity he tried to charge me more than the going rate on used tires. Apparently a miscommunication between him and the other staff. But I don't have to return there as there are other places to shop.
Went here for the first time today. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable while walking me through the process being there for the first time, fast service. Will definitely be back.
Them boys keep busy up there at Edwards, that's for sure. Other than that, they stay open til 2 on Sat, closed Sun and Mon-Fri they are open til 4pm check the prices of whatever it's is your scrapping before you head up there cause you may end up with more or less money.
