On a cross country road trip, our camper’s leaf springs busted. For starters, they came and welded a temporary fix on the side of I-75. They helped us to the shop and got the parts same day and we were back on the road within hours. Prices were very reasonable and they were so friendly. I’d recommend them to everyone!

On a roadtrip from MN to AR, and when we needed quick service Garrod helped us; and even kept it very affordable. Cannot recommend going to G&G’s Towing and Repair enough for their amazing straightforward service.

My husband and I were stranded in Kentucky due to the transmission in his truck but we didn’t have to wait long for a tow! When we called, they were transparent with us on timing and gave us some info on the tow truck we’d be riding in. It was a long ride home from Kentucky to Indianapolis but our driver was awesome! Highly recommend this company.

Our moving truck threw a check engine light while we were out of state, hundreds of miles from home, in the middle of a busy day. This mobile repair company came to the rescue! They arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem right on the spot, and had us back on the road in no time. Being so far from home, their professionalism, speed, and expertise gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable mobile repair!

Took my vehicle there. All I can say is get ready to take it to another shop to fix what they “did”. They do sloppy work at best and try to get you to come back by doing things like barely attaching wires, placing wires on hot parts to get them to fail faster, etc. Please avoid and save your time and money.

Our car was having issues on our way out to the Ark Encounter. These guys got us in that morning, gave us a ride to the Ark, and got the issue sorted out quickly while we were doing activities at the ark. All that was wrong was a spark plug. They replaced it, $60 and were all set to go. These guys were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I would recomend to anyone broken down!

Our 2017 F-150 had the transmission go out while towing our 25 ft travel trailer. I found G & G on google. Joe was the kindest most professional man we ever dealt with. He allowed us to park our trailer at the shop. He wasn’t equipped to fix our trans, but did tow us to a Ford dealership in Cincinnati and made sure we were safe and taken care of before he left. The overall experience although not expected was very pleasant. Keep up the good work Joe! And thank you.

joe and the guys at G & G’s towing and repair have done an excellent job! i’ve used them for 4 years and will not choose no body else! very nice over the phone and in person and does his best to make customers days easier! price is never crazy, he can’t help the price of parts but definitely worth it! i’ve been towed late at night and have had motors and alternator put on different cars i had, the timing is wonderful as well! he does his best to be quick but good at it! i highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely terrible experience. Last night, I called for roadside service for my semi-truck that wasn’t going over 5 mph due to an open ABS wire. I made it crystal clear that the issue was with the ABS wire. Instead of addressing this specific problem, the so-called “mechanic of the year” wasted 5 HOURS diagnosing everything but the ABS, claiming it was a coolant leak and coolant level sensor. After all that wasted time, he finally came to the groundbreaking realization that the issue was, in fact, the ABS wire – the very thing I told him from the start! To top it off, I was charged $670 for replacing a $50 wire that takes 10 minutes to fix. What a joke! This mechanic has no business working on trucks. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute rip-off.

We are tourist, and trying to have a great day, and our car was stuck on the mug. You guys are a blessing! Thanks for sending help on this special day! We really appreciate it a lot. Joe was a understanding guy and very nice. Thanks once more to helping pull out our car from the mug! ❤️❤️

These guys are great! Helped me in a pinch after my check engine light came on while towing a fifth wheel and on a long haul down to Florida to help with hurricane work. Dropped everything to assess quickly and get me back on the road. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Pulled into campground and noticed loud sound from one wheel on my travel trailer.  Called my roadside assistance G&G Towing and Repair and got a tech dispatched for the next morning.  Promptly at the time agreed to G&G tech Joe arrived.  He went right to work and found that the problem was somewhat minor, the wheel bearing nut was loose. After tightening the nut, he checked the other wheels to make sure they were tight.  Thanks to G&G and Joe, we were able to leave the next morning for our next stop.

My grandson and I were on a trip from WI to visit the Cincinnati Zoo along with the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Called Joe on Sunday night as my car had developed a pretty bad shake and was hoping they could look at it for me Monday. No Uber/Lyft in the area so he said we could come first thing and he could bring us to the Ark and then look at the car while we were there. Upon arriving at the shop he took one look at the front passenger tire, pointed to an obvious defect and said there’s your problem, broken belt. Walked around to the drivers side and pointed to that tire and said, well that’s a first, never seen both at one time! Got a call soon after we entered the Ark to say he found two tires but they couldn’t get them until 1:30 and they were 30 minutes away so car wouldn’t be ready until around 3. No problem since we planned on the whole day at the Ark. At about 4:15 we had decided we were ready to go and I was about to call to check on the car when Joe called me. He picked us up, went to the shop to pay the bill (very reasonable prices) and we were in our way with NO INTERRUPTION to our trip. Thanks for going above and beyond Joe!

Our fuel pump went out in Ark Encounter parking lot. They checked it out, got one ordered, and had me up and running the next day, fixed the car right in the parking lot! Even delivered it to us at the hotel! Top service, extremely quick.

My wife, my 16 yr old son and I were traveling from out of state when iur van broke down. At 7:30p.m. on a Tuesday after an already very busy day, Joe from G&G willingly pulled our van into his shop and changed out an injector and coil so we could make it home. I worried I might get charged a higher price because of the time, but Joe charged a more than fair price for his time, to which I was happy to add to in appreciation for what he did, and didn't have to do to get my family home. I had a very important meeting at work the next day that I was leading. It would have been a disaster had I not made it home. Thank you Joe!!! You're a good man and mechanic.

Really pleased with the promptness and quality of service received from G&G Towing. We were towing a camper and blew a tire on the highway. We did not have our jack or the right tool to replace it with a spare. The owner's son (who was on his day off) stopped by and replaced it within 10 minutes of calling it in. He checked our other tire, tire pressure, and off he went. Great job! Strongly recommend.

Chad was amazing! Our jeep battery died 5 hours from our destination and he came out and got us off the side of the road to the nearest gas station and replaced our battery in the parking lot! He got us back on the road safe and in a timely manner! The price is very reasonable and he even texted us to make sure we made it back. Amazing and friendly service! Chad is a must call if you have any car issues!!

G&G Towing saved the day. I had driven about 500 miles today and was about 10 miles from home. Tire went flat on interstate. I was able to get to a gas station thankfully. As I was in the process of getting my spare out a G&G roadside assistance van pulled up and just offered to help without hesitation. He was actually able to plug my tire and I was back on the road in no time. It took me longer to put my tools and jack back in place than it did for him to fix it. Super reasonable on the price too. Highly recommend and I didn’t even have to call! Thanks again, G&G

Tire blew on the way home from Gatlinburg. Waited 3 hours for AAA, no show. These guys got me back on the road in less than 1/2 hour! Great service, great folks. Highly recommend.

I am so glad to be able to write this positive review on behalf of this company. I was traveling alone late at night with my animals when I blew my tire on a pothole in the middle of nowhere. I was 7 hours from home and 8 hours away from my destination, and I knew there was no option to keep driving on my donut. It also would have been very stressful to wait hours until morning and try to take my car to a tire company while managing my animals. I took a shot calling this company based on other positive reviews I read online and I am so grateful I did. They walked me through how to report which tire I needed, kept me updated on their ETA, responded quickly, were very resonably priced, and were so friendly and professional. They even went so far as to check on how I was doing with my travels again later. I felt so comfortable with the 3 employees that showed up to help and am truly so grateful to have found them! I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone traveling through this area.

These guys are wizards! I got a flat tire past 10 pm driving on South 75. AAA came and put a spare tire, explaining to me that I can't drive on it more than 25 miles. Additionally, they said the rim was bent, so a simple permanent tire replacement could not fix it even if I could find one. And I was still 400 miles away from my destination, and I absolutely had to be at that destination the next day by no later than 12:30 pm due to family reasons. I was scrambling between driving to Cincinnati airport (30 miles back) renting a car there--with the earliest rental not available until 6:30 am (so I would be late), or waiting until the repair shops open in the morning and replace the wheel (if they have it) and the tire, which would definitely make me even more late. The AAA advised me the G&G's Towing and Repair, gave me their number, and I called without much hope--first, because it was already about midnight by that time, second, because I thought a new wheel was required besides a new tire. The guys picked up, they were extremely busy that night but were able to come to me within 20 minutes (I drove to the closest gas station by that time), took a look at the wheel and said that, while they do not have the correct wheel, they might be able to repair the bend, and they do have the correct tire. They took my wheel saying they'll be back in about an hour as they had two more calls, and, indeed, within less than an hour they came back with the repaired wheel and a new tire on it! That was a miracle. I only wish I knew about them beforehand and did not spend time (and money) on the AAA! What amazed me even more--the fee G&G's took was similar to the cost or a simple tire repair I had back in 2016, without any additional wheel work and perfectly during business hours! G&G's were the only company in the area, and did quite a bit of work--they could have charged me anything and I would have still paid as I had no choice, I really had to be at my destination. But they did not. I cannot express how grateful I am to this company. Thank you, guys, that you exist!

Heard an awful sound while driving down I-75. Pulled to side of Interstate to hear tire hissing and see it going flat. Called AAA. Wait was an hour to an hour and a half so I googled and called G&G's Towing and Repair. So glad I did! Chad calmed my anxiety, said he'd get to me in 15 minutes....was there in 10! He pulled the flat, repaired it and got me back on the road in no time. Hope you never have a flat or car trouble, but if you do and you're in the area.....call Chad at G&G's!

Blew a tire on the way home to Ohio from Tennessee and expected a pricey tow on top of the actual service we needed. Called the closest tow shop (happened to be G&G's) and they definitely did not disappoint. Even though we were on the side of an interstate, these guys got to us quick, and had no trouble replacing our tire & getting us back on the road. Cost was very reasonable and service was great! If you're in the area and end up with car trouble I definitely recommend giving them a call.

Chad helped out big time by changing our blown u-haul truck tire. He was quick and did a great job.
