I paid 6,000 for a vehicle and the same day I bought it, it was overheating. I called and left several messages no response. He finally contacted me on Friday and offered to give me 375.00, it's gonna cost me 12,000 dollars to fix the car. It was a horrible experience.
What’s up with this place stopped there yesterday to look at a vehicle that was advertised on the website and the place was abandoned no cars on the lot building looked like it hasn’t been used in a long time I was disappointed I really was looking forward to possibly buying a truck that was advertised on the site
Family has bought 3 cars from Mr Hensley what he told us about the cars was true after a few minor things they have been great vehicles would recommend him to buy ur next car from.
I hate to give that many stars. I bought a really good looking 2007 Ford Edge. Just as soon as I signed the check he told me it had been wrecked. So far in about two years I have had about $3000 worth of work that has had to be done on it and now this morning the water pump went out. The car will soon be brand new with parts we have replaced just about everything on it! Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN!
We have purchased two cars at Hensley's auto with great success. Mr. Hensley is accessible and knowledgeable about cars, but also supportive if you take your car to an outside mechanic. I would recommend Mr. Hensley to anyone who is looking for a great deal and also encourage you to get a second opinion from a mechanic no matter who you are buying from. Ripped me off!!!!! Sold me a lemon car that broke down after leaving the lot it literally broke down 4 miles later when I called to ask to come at least tow it back to the lot Willie Hensley told me I got the headlight to brake light warranty, I said great so I'm covered? He insisted that it means when I drove off and he couldn't see the brake lights it voids the warranty. What A P.O.S!!! IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR I WOULD... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Company also runs a tow truck company. Called a few times for an emergency tow and the guy never showed up. Then when I called he acted like a sociopath. Later I found out they aren't licensed to run a for hire tow truck company. Just find someone legit before going through these people.
I bought a truck from them. I explained I was DISABLED(wich was obvious) an needed a dependable vehicle.They knowingly sold us a truck with a bad transmission and refused to help us fix it or at the least trade it for some thing else. It takes a special kind of Man to rip off a disabled person.
