Best place to sell scrap metal! They pay more than stuff! Like 50 cents on the pound more! That adds up! I made almost $200 more on my last trip than if I had of went to stuff? Try them.... Guarantee you'll be hooked!
This place is great. The lady at the check in/out desk went above. I ran out of time and had to park on the road until reset was done. She went and got me a chicken nugget meal and brought me 2 cold waters one for me and one for my dog. Didn’t even ask. She did on her own. She said she wanted to make sure I got to eat and me and my dog had some water. This is at the Winchester Ky plant. Thank you for thinking about us driver’s.
There was no direction of where we needed to go to unload different types of metals. No one said a word until we had to ask. I read on here that they help you unload it which was a lie, they just stood around laughing and cussing, very unprofessional. I would rate this a 0. Their paying price wasnt even that good.
Called to confirm their Saturday hours the day before. We hauled a trailer of metal from two counties away only to get there 20 minutes before closing and the operator was locking up. We told him we had come from far away, he just said "She's already gone home". I asked twice if there was someone to call, he acted like he didn't hear me.
