In the past month alone, I’ve unfortunately had to call them four different times, and every single experience has been nothing short of exceptional. No one ever plans to break down — it’s stressful, inconvenient, and can make you feel completely helpless — but every time I’ve needed help, they’ve turned a bad situation into a manageable one.
Their response time is incredible — they’ve always arrived far quicker than I expected. The drivers are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping people, not just getting the job done. You can tell this is a family business built on integrity and pride in their work.

Had a motor blow up while working out of town and needed help getting vehicle on a car hauler to transport 4 hours away. They arrived less than an hour of me calling and were both amazing and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend
Promptly responded and towed the vehicle which had a broken ball joint and tie rod to a shop nearby, without any further damage to the car. Very polite and professional.
My car completely broke down just as my husband, and I were trying to make it to the hospital, before his dad passed away. We called Crossroads Towing, and my husband explained to them we’d need them to leave it at our house, because we’re trying our best to get to the hospital. When she heard that, she said there’s no charge for the tow. I literally cried. I’m from Lexington. But moved to Winchester 2 years ago. I highly suggest living in a small town. I was really beginning to think there just weren’t people who loved thy neighbor anymore. But today, God allowed me to see that His people are still doing His work. I cannot put into words how grateful we are for their kindness today. I was speechless. It’s just rare to find people like that. But I’ll say this, if you can’t find someone like that, be someone like that.

My car hasn’t been starting when it’s real cold out. Got my car stuck in the middle of the road. Called Crossroads towing and they were here within 20mins. Super nice and knowledgeable . Gave me tips on things I can do. Will definitely be calling them if anything happens with my car again.

Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. My mom has used them a couple of times. Always thrilled with their service and prices. We even entered one of their Facebook give a ways and my daughter(7yrs) won! They came to our house hand delivered her prize and even gave her a tour of their tow truck, let her play with the levers and lights. She still talks about it!

We were on our way to see the ARK in Kentucky when our van pulling our camper broke down. After calling four other towing services (including AAA), Crossroads Towing answered our distress call and provided a tow not only for our van but for our camper. They also helped us find lodging and provided us with the garage that could help us on a Saturday morning. They were very kind, thoughtful and professional. I would greatly recommend there services and give them a rating well above a 10!

Nikki was super helpful when i was locked out my car. They were a 35min drive from my location and first offered to find my someone more local who could help me faster. When those options didn't pan out, they came out right then and there and i was back in my car in 37minutes. 10/10 would call again.
I would definitely recommend this company, they were really friendly and knowledgeable. My sons truck broke down and they came quickly and hauled it home for us no problem. The pricing was a great rate compared to the other companies around.

My husband was on his way home from putting our little Yorkie in her final resting place and on his way home the car gave out.
