I got my jeep grand Cherokee hauled today from Winchester ky to estill county ky and they did a great job even after I got my addresses mixed up they didn’t charge me any extra. Highly recommend
I went to pickup a vehicle from there lot in Winchester I was 15 minutes from there called told the lady I was on my way she said someone would meet me there I waited 1hr. no one showed up called Bach she said I was supposed to call ahead of time I told her I called 1hr. before she finally said the driver was 10min. away finally after sitting another hour he showed up so I could get the vehicle I would not recommend anyone to use this company
Jason from Winchester at jade towing was on time actually earlier then what they said. Went outa of his way to help upon arrival, did everything he could do and then some. Thanks for the awesome service!
John has come to my rescue twice this year. I 10/10 recommend him. He's very nice and courteous. His people skills are immaculate and his knowledge with towing is off the charts.
Truck need jumped and the mechanic showed up with a small car jumper. Didn't do a thing. Wanted to tow my truck across town to work on it. When I declined for him to go further he got mad. Charged $300 to come less than a 1/4 mile from his shop and wasn't there more than 15 minutes. Threatened the driver to have the truck impounded if I didn't pay all the while I was on the phone with his dispatcher paying by EFS. Fly by night company, avoid if possible. Called USA Truck repair and was back on the road quickly.
I had a flat tire on Hwy 64 in a unsafe area, and they came out early in the morning, and made it safe by using their truck as a barrier and changed the tire. The whole crew was awesome and friendly.
I had a great experience with Jade Towing and Recovery! I had to have my vehicle towed about 45 miles. Jason did an excellent job!

Absolutely amazing jason is the best driver I've ever had and I have had to get a lot towed, my car was in a tricky spot he swoops in backs right up to it and loads it like it's nothing and actually beat the eta time amazing person

Please for the love of your sanity and your family DO NOT GO TO jade light and heavy towing. There are so many great companies to use, do not waste your time or money here. They not only will try to steal your vehicle. They cant even take proper inventory of the ones that they do have. And when you call to try to find out, they will threaten and curse at you. Please, Please , Please do not use this company. If they went out of business today, that would still be to late. Worst experience I have ever had, and I deal with body shops everyday. Save your money.

My car was stuck in the snow in the middle of the road. The snow was deep and the car bottomed out. Chris was driving by in his wrecker and stopped to assist. He hooked onto my car and pull it free in just minutes. I didn't even have to call anyone. He was Johnny on the spot. He couldn't have been nicer.
Pricing is totally high! Driver "Jason" was very professional. He was very polite, informative to what he had to do before he touched my vehicle. I appreciated that very much.
We talked, and believe me we had a very long trip to Ohio so talking was the only way it was comfortable. I would have fallen asleep if seats were comfortable but they were typical towtruck seats.
Over all besides the pricing his company charged his personality made it comfortable for me.
I've used Jade Towing twice now. Both times the service was prompt and the drivers are very knowledgeable about the job. I would recommend Jade to my friends.

Absolutely incredible experience with this company and our tow truck driver Austin Walters. He was so professional and hauled our classic restored vehicle to our home like it was his own. He unloaded it with absolute precision and care. Highly recommend this company and Austin!
Zach was amazing!!!! He helped change my tire speedy quick and once he left I realized I locked my keys in the trunk. He immediately came back and helped! He was so kind and patient with me. Both times we've used them the drivers have been great! From pick up to drop off! The guy who towed us this evening was so quick and curious of my flower beds, making sure he didn't step in them without anyone saying a word. I make it a point to request Jade anytime I use AAA!!
Zack Bentley was the BEST!! He was so nice to work with, and made 3 single ladies so comfortable to be broke down in Eastern Kentucky on the side of the road! On a busy Saturday I only had to wait one hour. Zach contacted me right after I called AAA. Zach was very friendly and communicated effectively to me his approximate arrival time. When Zach was within 15 minutes, he called again to confirm my location. He was fast and efficient and the process took less than 15 minutes to change my flat. I've had the fortunate experience of AAA sending Jade Towing on multiple occasions, wether it's been for me locking my keys in my car or needing a tow. They always show up kind, patient, ready to help. Yesterday my car had left me and my 2 year old stranded on the side of a busy highway. I called and requested a tow and about 10 minutes later another employee who was not the one who was being sent to me, pulled over to help (not realizing I had called the company he works for, for a tow) when he pulled over, he pulled in behind me and turned his light on and parked in a way to let other drivers know to get in a different lane, as a mother with a 2 year old in the back I can't begin to explain how much that meant to me. These are genuine hearted people and I HIGHLY recommend!

We had a flat tire on Christmas night on I-64 in the rain while driving our car not designed to carry a spare. Our roadside assistance plan initially coordinated with a towing company that accepted our job but never showed up. After calling our plan again they discovered Jade Light and Heavy Towing was available that night. Austin came immediately to our assistance after we had been sitting roadside 4 1/2 hours. He was awesome, extremely friendly, totally professional and very safety conscious. He towed our car to a repair facility and dropped us at a hotel to wait for business hours the next day. Excellent company and great staff!
