I usually am not the type to leave reviews especially bad ones but for Chads body shop I have to make an exception. Chads took 3 months to fix our car initially. We had to call every week asking when it would be finished just to be strung along for weeks on end. Chad was very helpful at first and said to bring it back if we had any issues and they would “take care of it”. The car still had issues including water leaking anytime it rained. We brought it back expecting it to get fixed for free considering this wasn’t a problem until they fixed the car. The originally reason we brought the car was due to hail damage, purely cosmetic issue. We had just purchased the car not even 6 months before the hail damage and had no issues at all. After taking it back to fix the water leak and other issues, they charged us another $200 for parts. Parts that wouldn’t be needed if we had never taken the car here to be fixed in the first place.

We were in a real bind after running over nails and getting two flat tires on I-165 near Beaver Dam. Thankfully, Ethan came to our rescue and towed us to Fast Lane Auto Repair. He was absolutely fabulous – so courteous and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend his services to anyone in need!
My friend brought her car in, and they charged her an exorbitant amount of money to repair it. They returned it with more problems than she brought it in with, and they were misogynistic. Don’t go here unless you want to be condescended to and to have your car in worse shape returned to you then when you brought it in.
They tell you they are fixing ball joints so you tell them to save the old part then they put tie rod ends instead, they left my battery unhooked, keys in my ignition, on the lot , didn’t reprogram program my computer after unhooking Barth or installing parts as required, didn’t bleed cooling sys , put the tires on wrong side and my car was so far off on alignment when I got it it was undriveable because they didn’t Tighten it back after alignment don’t go here they may get you killed but they will definitely talk down to you about how they know best the owner lady is extremely rude 2200$ they took a drivable car needing a radiator into yard trash due to incompetence
Johnny from Chad’s was our “hero” today. My car broke down on the side of the highway. This pregnant toddler mom of a 3 year old was thankful for his professionalism, patience and customer service. He arrived much quicker than onstar and AAA indicated he would. He was incredibly patient and helped me navigate getting towed to somewhere that was more convenient than we were both originally told to go. He also waited the few extra minutes with us until my husband was able to come from almost 2 hours away. He helped make sure I got my daughter and her car seat all settled too! I hope to not be in need of their services again traveling through the area, but I wouldn’t be hesitant to call if I needed to. I would absolutely ask for Johnny again if find myself stranded on the side of the highway near beaver damn, KY. Thanks Chad’s!
If you call for AAA service in my area this is who will be coming. I’m ok with that. Have used them twice now. Nice to replace a battery in my truck and once to tow my truck. Great service both times. No complaints!
Chad's body shop has always offered great, reliable service for me and my family. They are the local AAA servicers and the last time we had car trouble, Chad's had a wrecker out quickly to pick it up and the repairs were completed just as quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys and lady saved me from a horrible tire shop in bowling Green after getting two tires from USA tire shop that blew within 10 miles they came and got me put a new tire on my car and save the Day. I was an hour from home but I will definitely be using them for anything mechanical from now on
These guys where wonderful to my sister today. They helped her with a flat tire when she was stoke on the side of the road. I just want to thank them for everything.
My son changed the tire his self and paid $50 we gave 5$tip for used his wrench and jack. Then he could not plug the compressor up. AT least it got fixed but I would not recommend there
Horrible experience. Was dispatched by AAA. After waiting 2 hours was called to tell me they couldn't tow until morning because it was dark out. There was over an hour of daylight when the service was requested. If zero stars was an option they'd get that rating....
Thy are cheap in town towing but are more than double c&L towing for out of town. . Not sure if it's cause I wasn't a local but 400 for 40 mile tow was insane. Don't even call . Extra charge to use your card too.
Chad's is great they are always quick to get our vehicles in and repaired and us back on the road again the road again friendly staff great technicians and The cheapest labor rate anywhere. I have and will continue to recommend Chad's to anyone Needing service or towing in the Butler and Warren County areas and beyond
Let be start by saying this. This shop stays busy and covered up In work. They are absolutely fantastic at what they do. What do they do you ask? They fix and Tow vehicles. Let me say that once more a little different. They are an Automotive Repair/body shop with Wrecker services. Not a day care. They can and Will do whatever work your vehicle needs done. I've brought 2 different vehicles to then and they did what I asked in a professional timely manner. The shop rate is fantastic if you live in Butler County Kentucky I 1000% recommend this business...
We had our oil changed and air filter and inspected for vacation. The oil change reminder gauage was not reset. Also requested battery terminals be cleaned. They were not.
Chad's was dispatched by AAA to come and tow my fiance's car from Morgantown to Bowling Green after we broke down. They showed up earlier than expected and were very professional from start to finish! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Butler County Area!
Guy played dumb when I asked for a ball park estimate on a tow.... Then led me to believe it would be around 60... When we got there he charged 161. That's twice what the competitors charge. I got swindled and I'm posting because I'm hoping you don't

These guys are life savers! My vehicle blew a connector on a hose and I lost all my fluid. These guys diagnosed it quickly, fixed it, and it didn't cost me a bundle. Oh...and it was like 5 minutes til they closed and we leave to go on fall break at 3a.m. Great Customer Sevice! Thanks Jeff and Jonny!
They told me that I need a belt replaced went out got one and new one I had there was nothing wrong with it at all so I actually spent a little bit more money than what I should have for them to actually figure out the problem but but with me saying that they seem to get the job done on anything that you need them to do one of the better places to take your car at some of it is a little pricey but also a good place 2 go
Our 2000 F-150 would not start so had to be towed. My husband was going to have it taken to Greenwood Ford til I showed him Chad's ad in the Yellow Pages. Chad's towed it the same afternoon and had it fixed the next day. The office personnel were courteous and efficient and we saved money.
