Well get a car fax before you buy!!!!!!!!! was told it was the bumper got a car fax and 4 accidents were on truck make sure the accessorys are in truck or car. your paying top dallor for a rebuilt title sells person needs to get a personality spent more time looking at phone then making me fill he wanted my bussiness. read reviews people.

I like to thank Huffs used car for this 2011 Ford Expedition. We drove it to Oklahoma City and back and it drove wonderful. I couldn’t ask for anything better. In the past 20 years I’ve bought at least 8 cars from them and never had a problem. Easy on the lot financing at a very affordable price. I recommend Huffs to anyone that’s looking for a vehicle.

I'd like to share my experience because I was sold a vehicle that broke down the 2nd day I had it, twice in the first week, 12 times in 3 months, and after paying $3400 on it, they wouldn't work out something with me to put me in a vehicle that would actually get down the road. I would have given over $8400 for a car that wasn't worth the price for scrap. I bought my vehicle on a Saturday and that Monday it broke down 100 miles from home and my insurance company wanted $809 to bring it home. I took it back to them and they kept it tillFriday, replaced a cv axle on 1 side and as soon as i pulled in my driveway from picking it up i was stranded again and out of pocket money to fix the other axle when it was a visable issue and only a couple days later i was stranded again in the middle of a delievery order. This vehicle cost me to have 8 absences/tardy from school because they do not offer busing for my daughter, I had to cancel so many orders do to it breaking down that my job was in danger.....I've got a list of at least 15 things that's wrong with it now and I just noticed it's got a chrome mirror and door handles on one side and black on the other. It has no fuse box cover, no air filter, has used 7 qts of oil, it pops when u take off like the transmission is going out, ac doesn't work, keys won't come out of the ignition but maybe 25% of the time so then it drains the battery.... it cost me so many days in December that it ruined my Christmas, I'm a single mom of 5 kids and when I asked if I could please give it back and get something else I was told I could drop it off with the keys and title and it would be a wash but as far as anything else that's all they could do. Everyone I know is shocked about the way I've been done and it's wrong really. I will be reporting them to the business bureau and if your willing to take a chance and do business with these people..... i can only wish the best of luck to you and i pray no one ever goes through this with a vehicle after buying a new vehicle because it sure didnt leave me in better shape and no one should have an experience like that. I cannot believe they have stayed in business this long, and i truly hope that when karma catches you all....... it whispers my name. Unbelieveable

I financed my vehicle through Huffs which turned out to be a mistake. They front load all of the interest so I was going to pay 12k for my vehicle (sticker price was 8.5k) and they told me I could pay it off early and they would adjust my price to account for the interest not paid. Well fast forward and someone hit my car and totaled it, and the insurance was going to pay off the car. The car was worth 6.7k and I still owed 5k on it. Huffs wouldn’t adjust the interest as they originally agreed and said I can just put less down on my next vehicle through them… which obviously isn’t happening. If you buy a car from Huffs be sure to secure your own financing first. UPDATE: Since writing this review Huffs did send me a rebate check for the interest. After doing some quick math they sent the rebate based on the what I had already paid into the car instead of the pay off amount, which is the lesser sum. Whatever at least I got something back, I’ll bump them up one star for that.

Got my mother's day present here. The service was amazing Abby I think her name was was so sweet and wonderful. Sadly the car died 2 weeks later and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Tried fixing it and nothing. Would not recommend

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Poor advertisement...the cars don't have rebuilt title stickers on them in the pictures on their website but when you get there every car has one. Nobody came out to even acknowledge we were there. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

One of the most unprofessional car lots I have ever dealt with. Made an agreement that I could make a car payment on the 11th, they took my car & said that that’s not what was said over the phone. Very rude & habitual liars! Whenever an agreement is made be sure to get it in writing otherwise they’ll take your money & your car. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Sold us a vehicle they claimed had 170,000 miles on it. Turns out the odometer was broken and after telling them that after one week and also a starter that went out, they said we could trade it in for half value. We kept the vehicle which now has a new transmission and engine in it because the one we were sold had to of had at least 300,000+ miles on it. Overall scumbags who blamed us for being stupid enough to buy from them.Please learn from my mistake.

My husband and I bought his truck from here. No major issues upon purchasing. Something that we were completely unaware of is that the truck had a salvage title. They didn’t think to mention this to us when selling it to us. It is extremely difficult to insure this vehicle. Let me add could be a good place to buy a vehicle if you have bad credit or if you’re not wanting to spend a lot of money on a vehicle.

Have bought 4 cars over the years…. First car (Malibu) done pretty decent until it was wrecked can’t complain much on that one. 2nd car (Malibu)didn’t last 3 weeks because they sold it to me with metal shavings in the coolant reservoir!!! 3rd vehicle (Jeep) didn’t last 3 weeks because it had the wrong computer system for it, sold it to me with the fan not working and problems with overheating, and the entire system fried out. 4th car I can’t speak about right at this moment but it’s definitely not gonna be good!!!

Honestly if I wanted a project I’d go to Facebook marketplace I came here for a more so point A to B car and already less then a month in it having to put more time and money into it than what I paid for it between the misfires and near risk of blowing up I couldn’t say what’s worse 10/10 wouldn’t buy another vehicle from here. The sales lady was nice but the quality was pitiful. No record funny must’ve been an off the books scam you all pulled then but I have the paperwork and the business is stamped on the vehicle…

I hardly ever write reviews but this one was warranted. I bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber not even a year ago. Miraculously we all made it safely through the winter. We went to get the break pads changed and the mechanic pulled my husband aside and told him the entire rear subframe was rusted through from salt. He said it was the worst he had ever seen. My husband asked the mechanic if it could have happened over just one winter, even though we barely got out this winter at all, he said no it would have had to been years worth. So we were sold this car and they had to have known it was a death trap. I told them when I bought it I just needed a safe vehicle to get my kids around in. If we had been in an accident in that car I’m horrified to think what would have happened. They first tried to sell us a Nissan Murano with a timing belt issue and they pretended they didn’t know what was wrong with it, I got my dad on the phone and he told me not to buy that one, I guess I should have taken that as a red flag. Disgusting business practice in my opinion. I wouldn’t even consider reselling the car to anyone else because I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.

You’re better off buying a used camel from Iraq than you are buying a car from these people. I had my car from here for 2 months before literally everything that could go wrong went wrong. Currently needing to replace the WHOLE ENGINE. So I called them and asked what they could do to help and they didn’t even act like they cared the whole time we was on the phone then said they would call back. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this place. Don’t buy the fake reviews they post for themselves either all the locals know this place is a terrible place to get cars.

We were greeted by a young guy while looking at a truck. We asked to test drive the vehicle and was told that they were getting ready to close in 20 minutes. My husband then asked him well you don't want to sell a truck. His response was "Not after hours, we work 47 hours a week". Needless to say, we left the car lot and will never return back. When speaking to the Owner of the car lot afterwards, his response was Thanks for stopping by, sorry it didn't work out. I manage a business and if any of my employees treated a customer this way, they would not have a job.

Really good people, I have bought 2 cars from here and they’ve ran perfectly fine and still do to this day... they are very helpful and kind. I will definitely say I will be back to buy another car.

I've bought 2 vehicles from Huff's in the last 10 or 12 years. When I went there today to look through their junk yard for a side mirror for my current vehicle, they told me they didn't have it without checking, and wouldn't let me look around the lot. Mirrors from suburbans, tahoes, yukons, Denalis, all fit my Escalade but I guess a mirror isn't enough of a money maker to spend their time on. All I wanted to do was take a walk through their lot.You would think a family owned business like this would try to keep customers. I will not be doing any more business with them, not that one customer matters to them anyway.

The service you get with them is actually very good. The cars are not. I bought a Chevy Malibu 3 months ago and it has broken down once every month. They will however work with you on your payments.

Huff's used car was 5 stars in customer service. Katie did not pressure us and didn't give us a negative attitude when we kept our sending amount low. Since we paid cash for our mini van her boss got us into a better vehicle then we originally were going to get. He also showed us all the bells and whistles. He even sprayed the hatch hinges. We recommend this location to anyone wanting a vehicle. Good job.

I purchased a vehicle from this car lot, and it was not a great experience. The sales person appeared to be a young boy who was not very knowledgeable at all about any of the vehicles and couldn't answer any of my questions . I ended up finding a vehicle I wanted and deciding to purchase it, at first the sales man told me me full coverage insurance is "preferred " , but not required. Well, after signing all the paperwork I was told it was required so I had to purchase full coverage insurance which costed me a lot of extra money . Prior to visiting the lot I called to get some information about down payments on the vehicles I was interested in . Over the phone I was told $1,500 for the vehicle I was interested in, but after talking in person at the lot they changed the down payment to $2,000 for the same vehicle I inquired about over the phone. Just a lot of inconsistencies, I will give them 1 star for having a decent selection of clean looking vehicles , but will not be purchasing from them again due to all the misleading bad information I was given.

Have had at least six vehicles from Huff's over the years. Excellent people, good deals. Yes, several had rebuilt titles. I had no trouble with getting insurance, transferring to another state, or getting independent financing because I was out of state at the time. I will go back.

My fsmily and I have been doing business with these guys for over 30 years. They are always honest and professional. They have worked with me when life's challenging events have happened. I have not had a bad experience or vehicle from them all these years. I would highly recommend using them for your next used car purchase.

I got my 2004 Chevy Malibu from Huff's 10 years ago and still drive it to work every day . It has had minimal problems. I keep up the regular maintenance (oil changes, tires, brake pads, etc) and drive responsibly. It now has 171,000 miles and I plan to keep driving it as long as I can. There is no doubt that my next car will come from Huff's!

My husband and I have bought two vans and a truck from Huff's. We have nothing but good things to say! We love the vehicles and the customer service can't be beat. My 16yo daughter is ready for a vehicle and we'll be going to Huff's.

If i could leave a negative review i would. They do not deserve even one star. The people at huffs used cars are nothing but con artists. I purchased a car from them going against peoples recommendations, i figured everyone deserves a chance. I was wrong, the car i purchased was a very good looking dependable car. They passed it off well, when i first bought it the battery died within a week no big deal bought a new and drove it right on. Well 6 months later i hit a deer now i know thats not there fault like i said the car appeared to look and run like new. But once i filed through my insurance i was only given 2400 for my car which i payed just over 6000 which on kbb was the correct price for the vehicle in the appearing condition. But little did i know the vehicle was tottaled out completely on two seperate occasions. So to sum it up they purchased the vehicle from an auction more then likely threw it together and charged full book value for a tottaled car. So like i said they are con artists that take advantage of unsuspecting people. I say they deserve to go to hell, the owners the employees the mechanics all of them. There lucky the wrong person hasnt dealt with them yet and i do mean yet. Theirs is coming soon. So i do not recomend purchasing a car or truck from them at all it is likely rebuilt and worthless. My tottal review for them -5 stars, go choke on a big one huffs car lot.
