Worst service ever. Had my dad's car towed and worked on and they charged so much money. And let me drive the car home still no bracks. The line busted in the back and sure they fixed that. But it was bad in the front of the car and that tells me they didn't check the rest on the brack lines. And my dad was out over 700$ on his car and he had it took somewhere else and they fixed it. Plus my dad was out of a car for two months.
I had to get a new alternator for my car and every one was at the shop was professional and knowledgeable the prices were very competitive and quality work was done ! I would recommend this place if your a woman who just needed her car fixed. I feel like the owner went out of his way to ensure I had a good deal and was safe on the road alone. I'll never forget their kindness and I'll get my car fixed there and get basic maintenance done at R&J Repair from now on!
Worse job I have ever seen. The customer service is absolutely to the point where the business shouldnt be open. They are lucky to be a buisness based on the work. But customer service is icing on the cake. If you need anything TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.
This guy tells me u gotta pay me...like this is an unknown secret then tells me he,ll go to my wife after h makes and eats his breakfast. He is aware a this point she is stranded need a tug out of a ditch while it's 20 degree outside. I didn't use him because when the phone rings u roll. That's how tow trucks operate. This clown was ridiculous!
