I had a flat tire on I71. Matthew arrived quickly and took only a couple minutes to change the tire and I was on my way!

Called AAA and they sent Matthew to tow my car over 60 miles. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable. He carefully loaded my car and even noticed a screw in my tire that I didn’t know I had. He helped explain what my car problem might be and the hour car ride easy. Amazing service!

I recently had a bit of an adventure while traveling back from Nashville when our car broke down about 30 miles from Florence. Thankfully, Matthew from Cozine Towing came to our rescue! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and offered his insight into what might be wrong with our car. As this was our first experience with getting a car towed, I was a bit anxious, but Matthew made it a truly enjoyable experience. He claims he's not a "people person," but I must disagree—he is fantastic! We spent the entire ride laughing, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. AAA, which I am a member, denied my request for assistance and Cozine porvide the assistance I required and got AAA to pay for their service. saving me a couple hundred dollars. I made 6 different calls to this wrecker company over 4 days and no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I left messeges and at no time did i ever recieve a return call. The worse!! Dont waste your time calling this company.

I called AAA to pick me up and waited 3 hours. I called Cozine and Matthew was there in 15 mins on I-71, towed me to the dealership and offered to help anymore now that i was out of town with no vehicle. I've done business with this company twice so far and they have been awesome. I got in a bad wreck and had totalled my car. They were kind, sympathetic, and quick to tow my car. I was having some issues with my new vehicle after a bit and called for service. They got me in quickly, stayed in contact, and were very knowledgeable. Honest and reliable company. I'm happy to have found my new mechanic.

The folks over at Cozine rescued us as we broke down on our way back home to Ontario Canada . They were able to diagnose an issue with our Buick traction control and ABS sensors and went above and beyond in fixing the problem staying late , tracking down parts & finding us overnight accommodations as they worked diligently to get us back on the road again . The team were so reassuring, kind and hospitable the best customer service we ever experienced and extremely professional in helping us through a stressful situation. Big Thank You!!!

I cannot thank them enough. My brand new (to me) Explorer slid down my driveway when everything iced back over during the night. Not what I wanted to see when I was making coffee this morning. I couldn't get it moved. They came quickly, but were not able to get their truck up my steep and icy driveway. Even so, they spent at least half an hour to push it back onto to drive, facing downhill. I'll definitely be using them again.

I called cozine to tow a truck I bought from a Jj Kane auction in Verona. I can’t say anything but the best from this company. From the lady in the office who sets up the tow and the towing it is the best experience and most professional I have ever had they are very reasonable prices and let you know every detail of the time they are picking it up to the time it’s on its way. Best company I have honestly ever dealt with. I will use them for anything I need towed hands down best experience I’ve had.

I am very grateful for Cozine’s Towing. My daughter was involved in an accident. Cozine’s responded to the accident. They could not have been more efficient or professional. More importantly, my daughter was very shaken. The gentlemen who responded were reassuring and compassionate. This meant a great deal to a father who was more than an hour away. We needed to retrieve items from the car which was towed to their facility. Again, Cosine’s could not have been more accommodating in helping us access the passenger compartment and trunk of the car in order to gather up personal items. An accident is a traumatic experience. However, based on my experience, I am sure Cozine’s would extend the same value and professionalism regardless of the circumstances. We were on our way to Ohio on I71 about 9:45 am. on a Tuesday. Our van had a flat and it turned out we didn't have the right tools to get the spare out from underneath the van. We searched on Google maps for local tow trucks. We saw Cozine Towing had a 4.6 rating at the time. We gave them a call and told them the situation. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I told them I wanted them to tow us to the next exit or put the spare tire on, whichever they could do. She told me they could do that. I had already told them I wanted them to come out, and she hadn't told me the price yet. She asked me to wait while she found out what it would cost -- it was very reasonable! They showed up within about 40 minutes.and had us on the road in no time with our spare tire installed. I highly recommend them! To Cozine -- Thanks for your help!!!

Our Volvo was having serious deceleration issues on I-71 near Verona, KY and the nice lady at the gas station recommended Cozine's. Car was towed there and fixed properly, at a reasonable cost in 1 day! Cozine's... Trustworthy, skilled technicians and well...just nice people!
