My moving truck had a mechanical issue 30 minutes outside of Cincinnati, where our office is located. The flowing day I called RBI to have my truck towed to a shop in Cincinnati. The young lady who answered the phone asked me why I wouldn’t have it towed to their shop which was minutes away. I agreed. A few hours later, they diagnosed the issue, fixed it and called me with a reasonable price. Thank you everyone at RBI.

These guys are Great.cant say thank you enough.. my son was 4hrs from home and slid into a ditch dew to someone coming to close in the snow and forcing him off the road.. he sat for over 12hrs waiting on a tow. And these guys were driving by an offered to assist him can't thank them enough ..

Would 100% recommend. They Exceeded my expectations. By far the best mechanic that I have ever dealt with. They were fast prompt and fair. As a woman that does not have a lot of knowledge of car repairs both the office manager Brooke and the owner Ray make sure that I understood every process that was going on with my vehicle. As well as I had trouble with my insurance company not responding to me and the office manager Brooke Got in contact with my insurance company on behalf of me and took care of the entire situation. I am truly grateful and would recommend this company to anyone.

We were stranded on Interstate 71on Wed, our travel trailer wheel bearings caught on fire. Ray got our trailer towed quickly to safety . Our axel had to be replaced along with the tire.Ray was able to get the parts and fix everything in a day and half just like he said he would. Ray and his wife,Brooke went above and beyond for us. We are currently heading towards Cleveland Ohio, so far everything is good. We highly recommend RBI for towing and repairs, they know their stuff and very good at it.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was moving from Texas to Ohio, driving a 20 foot Uhaul and towing my car. The Uhual's transmission goes out in the middle of 71 North, 30 miles south of Cincinnati. Uhaul used RBI to tow my Uhaul. Ray showed up with his wrecker, and got me out of a dangerous highway situation in minutes. Uhaul decided to tow my truck the rest of the way, and RBI handled that as well. If you are stuck anywhere near Verona, Kentucky, I cannot recommend RBI enough!

Ray came out in the early morning to save our family trip. Not only did he tow my parents to the nearest autozone, but he spent hours repairing the ignition module and enabling us to continue our trip. If I could give 10 stars I would

I needed a mobile mechanic or tow. It's 3am, I was told nobody would show up until after 8am when they open. Yet you offer 24 hour service? This doesn't help customers stuck overnight.

Tow service was ok but initially was complaining about the 'custom' bumper.dropped me off so I could get a room which was nice. When I picked up the truck it was disconnected from the trailer which would have been ok except they lowered the landing gear to the point of raising it to high to couple properly so I had to jack it down. Also my inverter was off and I didn't notice at first. Mind you I have a fridge full of food and a few freezer items so It would have been a nice courtesy to know that of course the bigger question is why did they have to go in the back of my sleeper to change a U joint 🤔. Also I tried to make polite conversation and felt politely put out after spending 1100. I would be considered a minority ethnicity in America. Not saying that's why... just putting it out there. So far the work seems good but that's an easy fix. Their price was reasonable and fair. I wouldn't call my experience bad but for certain amounts of money I'd like at least mild pleasantries. The office lady and the old guy were pretty nice

This tow company is the best I've delt with in 13 years, the wrecker showed up in record time and was very nice and professional, which is surprising to see at 3am on a Saturday. On the ride back to my truckyard the tow drivers cab was very clean with no odors like smoke or B.O.

I was experiencing unusual fuel and electrical shut downs on my 2013 Mack Bulldog. They looked at it promptly and diagnosed it and provided me with solutions! Ray (the mechanic I dealt with) was honest in my opinion; and I will definitely be back for repairs in the future! I would also call them for towing if necessary if anywhere near Verona KY! This company provided services above and beyond my original needs. Not only did they fix the issue I called about but pointed out other issues that needed to be addressed before I was able to drive away. After I was back on the road and arrived safely at my destination, I went to fix one final part that had been damaged only to find that had been fixed as well without any additional charge. Would totally recommend! Was driving home from school when our car suddenly stopped working and had 6 hours left in our drive. Was picked up in a timely manner and driven to the workshop. Didn’t have a long wait and they were able to service our car to get home that day! Would recommend to anyone

Great place and quick service (arrived less then 30mins and fix truck fast), did not overcharge, professional and well educated. Knew what was the issue right away and did not waist time (like most shops) also helped with transportation and info and was in contact and available all the time when needed!

Coming home from canada bass boat in tow. Wheel bearings went out. Called RBI they were very helpful. I told them the mile marker I was on. They told me I was a few miles from the next exit and I told them I was going to leave it at that exit. And we continued to Georgia. They called me gave me a quote to replace the axle. They are very fare , honest. Fixed in promptly. Highly recommend them.

Awesome service! They picked my trailer up after the wheel fell off. Great family owned place came and got me out of a bind and didn't overcharge me! It's refreshing to see businesses like this that understand how to run a professional operation. Would highly recommend using them!

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I was an hour and a half away from home with my 7 year old sitting on the side of I-71 South with a flat tire. Ray came to our rescue and changed my tire while traffic was passing us at 70+ mph or more in the pouring rain. God Bless you Ray and I can't thank you enough!!

I had my 2008 Duramax re tired here at RBI they were the only people in the entire area of Northern Kentucky that were willing to put on 37 inch tires on my 22 inch rims they did an awesome job they priced me very fairly didn't give me any run around and the end result was better-than-expected. This guy really knows his work he explained to me everything he needed to do what the risks were and gave me several suggestions all in which in the end help me make a decision and made it a lot easier.

My Freightliner died off I-71 and I looked up who was the closest mechanic to me that could help me out with a road call. I saw RBI as one of the first ones to pop up on Google, and with its glowing 5 star reviews, I thought: "Thank God there are some great mechanics in the area" So we called them and Ray, the boss himself, came out for the road service call, but my experience ended up being ANYTHING BUT a 5 star experience. He may be a very knowledgeable mechanic, as he was even gloating that he gets plenty of business coming through his shop and he is the one that even TA mechanics call for help at times, but you have to have a good professional attitude that goes along with your skills. Sadly, this is the area where he seriously lacked and thus can't recommend him or his company to anyone as a result. Right off the bat he was incredibly rude and barking orders at me as though he is my boss. If I, as your customer, decide to assist you in some fashion, then that is a courtesy. I'm not obliged to help you in any way, shape, or form, so how dare you bark orders at me as though I'm your employee! Furthermore, when it came to payment, he was getting on our case regarding payment, complaining that he had other road service calls to attend to and by not deciding quick enough if we wanted to get our truck towed using his service, we were "wasting his time." What a joke. He came out, looked at our truck for about 20 mins or so, then wanted his payment of $285 almost immediately, which included a minimum 2 hr labor we was paying for... But hold on, you only been here 20 mins looking at our truck. If we want to take our time to figure out our next move on whether we want to use your towing service, then have some patience and give us some time to make a decision since we are already paying you for a 2 hr minimum. And then to add insult to injury, he wants to threaten us financially, that if we didn't hurry up and make a decision, he would bring up the cost.... And at this point he was only here for about 40mins max out of the 2 hrs. So not only was he incredibly rude in all of this, but extremely impatient. That isn't the professional attitude that you conduct yourself with as a mechanic. I don't care how knowledgeable you claim to be, how inflated your ego is, or how much business traffic you get into your shop - at the end of the day, if you don't have a professional character that marries with your knowledge and expertise, then I don't want to be bothered doing business with you in the future. It's that simple.

We werent able to fix the first night but Ray gave me ideas of where to start. I was unable to fix myself but Ray came back to save me the next day and towed me back to shop and took me to motel. Ray was challenged with my air in the fuel problem but he didnt give up and he fixed it and lived up to his 5 star review! And he never gouged my wallet. Thank you Very Much Ray for the work! I really appreciate it!

One of our drivers had a hose to blow causing a low water engine shut down on I 75. I did a "Nearby Places" search under truck road service and RBI Truck & Trailer Repair was the closest to our driver. I saw the 5 star rating and after reading a few customer reviews, I gave them a call. We have had water hoses to go before and the bills were nothing less than highway robbery, but they lived up to the 5 star reviews in all areas. They were there when they said they would be there, and the charges were fair and honest. Our driver got their business card and wanted me to do this review because he said they were the best road service providers he has ever had. Needless to say my Google maps now has a star for their location and if any of our trucks breaks down anywhere close to RBI, I will be calling them. Loris, SC

We got stuck at TA Truck Stop and we called RBI for towing! Ray got there in 5 minutes ( I really mean 5 minutes) towed our tuck in his shop. Ray and RBI have done fantastic job they are very Professional and knowledgeable! they are working fast and have very fair and honest rate! Quick and timely response. We called them to cut damaged "king pin lock" that wouldn't come off of the king pin. They took care of it in 5 min. Good job Ray, staying on top of everything, taking care of your business and your costumers !!!

Mark from Michigan. Ray of RBI turned a disaster road trip, MI to FLA, into a non-event. Rescued us off of I75; blown front differential, on a Saturday night. Got us to a motel and towed within 30 minutes. By Monday he had the repair assessed, gave a realistic schedule of getting parts and repair. Kept us informed during the repair process; no surprises on the cost. Professional, courteous, competent and HONEST. If he wasn’t 300+ miles from home I would take all of our vehicle work to him. Then again maybe the drive would be worth it. 5 star experience.
