My personal opinion there the best used car lot in the tri-state area they go above and beyond to work with you. I wouldn't buy a car from any other car lot no matter what.
Yes I wrote one bad review early when I was upset. I did delete that and am reposting this review. After meeting with Tex today and talking with him. He will definitely bend over backwards and do everything he can to get your vehicle in running order. If he can not he will definitely make it right with you. So thank you very much Tex for talking to me today I really greatly appreciate it so very much. So if you need a vehicle I highly recommend you go and see them at L&S Auto sales in kevil Ky . Bought a 2009 hyundai sonata only 87,000 miles paid $5,600 out right for it the only thing that was supposed to be wrong with it was a cracked dashboard...I've had it less than a month and just replaced the ignition coil which cost $200 only to find out they Jerry rigged my transmission hoses now I get to pay $800 to flush everything and redo my hoses! There ain't a better feeling than paying all your hard earned money towards something that you have to spend another $1000 on right off the bat then when you try to address the problem they hang up on you! What a wonderful business guarantee I won't be doing business with them ever again and everyone I've referred there will be aware of this issue thanks so much for the lemon and the courtesy you gave me about these issues
I was recently in the market to purchase a vehicle. I had been to several places and had a terrible experience with Royal Oaks of Paducah. A friend referred me to L&S and I was absolutely amazed by the experience I had here. Text was extremely helpful and understanding. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I picked my vehicle, purchased insurance, came back the next day with my down payment and license and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I went to start my new ride and the battery was dead. They didn't just jump the vehicle and send me on my way, they immediately replaced the battery for me too! The payments are easy and very affordable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and definitely would purchase from them again. It was everything a car buying experience should be, easy, straight forward and dependable. In 2016 we bought a car a Malibu was one of the best cars we ever owned. Highly recommend these place. Not to mention the service is amazing there super friendly and family friendly too.
I went there in November and got a car. I love it. They are so sweet and kind.. they stay til after closing to wait for my insurance to come thru. When people have asked me where to go find a car I always send them here.
These guys have gone above and beyond whilst renovating a very old pre-war pickup truck for me. All done via telephone communication. They are 100% trustworthy & 200% honest. Great service. Very helpul, very friendly & absolutelty fair. Excellent communication. I absolutely can not fault this FANTASTIC Garage and its workers. Give them a call, you will never go elsewhere once you use them.
The only reason I'm giving it one star is because you can't give it negative 5. Purchased a vehicle which is more of a problem than not having a vehicle at all. Prior to buying the car I asked if there was anything wrong with it and was told no. Yet it has a brake leak transmission leak barely gets to 25mph and is dangerous to be driving. After calling the business who ever answered had an attitude like I couldn't hear her just because the phone wasn't up to her face as she called for the owner. He pretty much told me I get what I pay for and sometimes you have to buy parts for a used car, maybe a few months down the line not as soon as you buy it. He stood by his statement that it was a good car the starter fluid stored under the hood is a contradiction to that statement. And that is the poorest place to store it as to how it's an highly explosive and highly flamable substance. Will be taking legal action for this as this is negligence and endangerment. As for the positive reviews on this business anyone can get friends amd family to give positive reviews but one of your employees told the woman I was with who was also looking at his cars not to buy them their not worth it. Just wish he would had passed that message to me. By far the worst business experience in my 28 years of life.
