Do not use cash for cars!!! They first sent me through having to call at least 3 numbers for the chain to get a tow truck driver. The driver left a bill of sale and did not take the title. Cash for cars now says I have to go to DMV and junk the title. I spoke to a couple people and they had said they were supposed to do that process. I wouldn't have went through them if I had known. So DO NOT use them. You will get screwed.
My experience was good. Had some issues with lien release from bank but Copart stuck with the quote price until I got waivers. Only issue is it's a bit difficult to understand them on the phone. They send plenty of text messages though.
My experience has been very positive. I began the inquiry to have my car purchased on Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon the car was picked up and the money from the sale in my hand. I spoke with a few different employees during the process and each was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was even notified when there was a slight delay in the time set to pick up the vehicle. The entire process was smooth and for that I am grateful.
Absolutely wonderful, they paid top dollar for my Honda CRV 2005. The wrecker guys that came and picked up the vehicle were very professional and courteous. Overall I had a great experience and I definitely, most definitely recommend anyone needing to rid of an extra vehicle to sell here. The entire process only takes a few hours overall, and you don't have to take the vehicle anywhere they will come get it and they are on time, very punctual. I will be using them again in the future I still have a couple older vehicles that I no longer drive, that I'll be needing to get rid of.
They were awesome to deal with. The process was very easy selling them my car. I had a check in my hand and they had picked up my car within hours of me getting the title notarized!
