My 24 RT durango was sent here waiting for appraisal after a accident and the vehicle was flawless besides passenger side due to being t boned. Looking at photos their is new damage done to it on the drivers side and their was zero damage prior. We was going to try and buy it back after being totaled but, these people have took it out and added all kinds of extra damage to it as well as done something to THE AWD system because their was no lights on the day of the accident besides collision lights. These is a poor setup and makes me sick looking at what they have done to it and knowing it was in brand new condition prior too. You guys need to do better and not take vehicles out hotrod them and add more damage.
Just like other reviews have stated in the past if your vehicle ends up here your personal items will be gone through and some things will go missing. This is unbelievable and beyond ridiculous. I could not imagine having the nerve to take someone else’s belongings. Thou shall not steal!!!! Thankful to have photos and video of the vehicle prior to arriving at copart.
No walks in appointment avaible...
Nevermind I make appointment for next day on 10.00 AM. I was there at 9.50, set as arrived. I was wating there for more than hour, after that hour forklift driver comes to me and said motorcycle is on another lot, so I drive on that other lot I was again waiting there something about 30 minutes, after that again comes driver of forklift to say me bike is finally found on original lot... so at 11.52 I got finally my bike out of gate...
Teribble to wait 2 hours for something that normally takes 10 minutes..
Had an appointment, arrived intime to mark arrived, they said they already pulled my car out, got there said they closed the other fence and can’t get my car.. now I’m 2 days behind and stuck here in Lawrenceburg. They were very rude about it as well. I get everyone has their own stuff going on, but we live on the road and getting out behind this far really ruins our time, costs us lots

The employees steal catalyc converters in this location. Would not bid cars from there. Also bunch of cars in this location, someone turns in a car that's been fix so the pictures look good, in reality the car is junk.
Pulled up to the location at the time of my appointment and got sent to the secondary lot and waited an hour along with someone who was there before me and we were the only two customers there . And they only have one loader . Time is money for alot of your customers. Please be considerate of others time and business
the worst customer service. those ladies hate their lives. there i no way they are happy people. someone that bitter should have serious problems at home.
owner....money will still come in if your staff continue to work there. But you should think on replacing them.
Not to mention the idiots driving the big fork lifts. they drive careless. and they almost hit my car when they release a truck that I bought.

Purchased a vehicle at this location. Turns out the vehicle was a set up , the vin number showed completely different options on the car than it included, tried to refuse the buy, Greg the manager was a nice guy but still refused to relist the item and punish the seller(who purchased at copart and flipped the interior ) in any way for such actions. Copart should stand by the buyer more than the seller. Will stick with iaai at least they're more understandable in such cases .
Went to pick up the remaining personal items out of my truck after insurance dropped it there for a claims adjustment to be done. When told they were totalling rather than fix it I went to go and remove the tool box I had attached to the bed only to find it had been broken into and all of my tools stolen. I have no idea what their quality of work is but I would avoid this place if you want to keep your property.
