Good place for parts in a snap. Newer guy working there is rude though. Don't know his name. Black hair and glasses. Very rude.

High prices but convenient store hours. Good place to get your obdii read for engine light on issues. They’re good about putting on wiper blades and minor assistance too.

Got the thermostat to fix my blazer. I'm happy to have that fix. But I bought a Honda CRV. Because I thought it was something worse wrong with my blazer. Well, at least now I have a spare vehicle. But I love my blazer. I am a Chevy woman.

Always friendly and helpful with a large selection to choose from.

Bought some 3 window wipers and told me they do not install rear wipers and I said that is ok but never offered to install the front 2.

Quick in and out. Needed a few replacement bulbs for my vehicle. I got 2 out of the 3 I needed. The third was the wrong bulb, but it happens. The store was clean and the guys there were very nice and helpful.

This is a very good place to buy auto parts locally when you are in a pinch and need it asap with lots of inventory on hand. I do highly recommend searching around online before any big projects before settling on this store but like I said in an emergency situation they are the best local choice

They always have what I need or can have it there the next day. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you with what you need. Prices are good and they have a rewards program as well. Their my first stop for anything I need for my vehicles.

Was from out of state and had battery problems. Staff replaced battery for me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this store

Went into the Columbia location today for a part and asked if they price match AutoZone. Was told no, but the website says they do. Going to drive all the way to Campbellsville for my part and save over half of the cost. I'll not be going back here.

I would really give it a 3 and a 1/2 but they don't have that option

This store is a joke. Complete waste of time. Kids working there with no automotive experience and would rather be on their phones than helping you.

Ok but ithey are a long way from a great auto parts store...unfotunatly there are no good parts stores left

Everytime i come there it seems like the gentlemen working mean mug me the whole time, but its the only local car parts store in town, so it is what it is.

Take your chances,I rarely get the right part the first time I go there, have to make multiple trips to get the right thing. Better off to go to Napa or A-1 only use this store as a last resort.

Great staff and fast service. Had issue with rear light on my jeep and he made sure every light was functioning before I left.

Went to get a check engine scan and the guy was rude and very unhelpful and told me they didnt have one in so he couldnt do it
