Wow. I called ten minutes before 5 PM because I needed to ask them a super quick question. I had no intention of keeping them on the phone past close. They didn’t answer, so I called back and was immediately confronted by a woman who, in the rudest tone said, “We’re closed, you can call Pick-n-pull back in the morning. Thanks.” And then hung up. My question would’ve taken less than a minute of their time and I was met with the rudest employee before I could even say hello. I’ve worked in service for a decade and you’d never catch me speaking to someone like this. Unbelievable. On the chance that management cares, this occurred on 2/27/2025.
The employees here are very rude and they don’t do the job right good luck going Here. Btw I used to work at this place and they were just as rude to employees as they are to customers.and from being inside the place they talk mad shit about customers as they walk out to the yard think it’s funny that people are bringing cars down and being told no they can’t accept any more cars. The things I witnessed at this job would get anyone fired in my families business highly recommended that u go to any other picknpull beside 12th street.
They never know what part they're supposed to be ringing you up for, I got way overcharged for a piece of interior trim because the guy working the register rang it up as a gauge cluster. The employees are also very rude and will try to screw you over by ringing you up for entirely different parts than what you actually want to purchase. Super disappointed as I used to love picknpull.
