Me and my husband just left the Bonner Springs store and will never enter that store again. When we pulled up two employees were outside changing the windshield wipers on someone’s car. We entered the store looking for parts for our Jeep and after ten minutes one female employee entered the store we were at the register with our items. She looked behind the counter for something, she did not acknowledge us. She went to the back of the store and then back outside without acknowledging us at all, we left our items at the register. Worst customer service ever! We will never shop there again.

I did not know how to put a light into my vehicle. I feel so dumb. Victoria and Ray are amazing. They came out with such a positive attitude and Helped me I will definitely be going back!

Went in to get a brake light for my Kia. The employee was less than helpful in wanting to install it . When the employee came out he recommended I go to Firestone to get it installed, then had the nerve to say he was the only one there when I seen people coming from the back. I think this employee should learn some customer service skills and not make excuses.

Absolutely unprofessional and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Stop by on the way home because they orange wrench light came on on my Dash. The employee proceeded to tell me that it was a service reminder. I attempted to explain to them multiple times that per my owner's manual, the icon indicates A Fault In the all-wheel drive or transmission system. The employee would not listen to anything I had to say, but I finally got him to go ahead and hook up to the car. Of course, when we turned the ignition back on, the light was off the dash, and the reader found nothing.

Tim was extremely helpful and friendly. He greeted me as soon as I came into the store. He attempted a couple different screws to get my license plate secure. Glad he was there to help me out today!

If you want to be ignored this is the place to be I was the only customer in the store two employees were out side putting up new signs I walked into the store one employee was on the phone I didn't see anyone else he got off the phone looked at me and walked away the two employees putting up the sign came in and got another sign to put up said nothing to me then after 10 minutes two employees came from the back looked at me then went the other direction another customer came in and was helped write away two more employees came from the back and finally one of them asked me if I had been helped I said no I told him that I had a return he said he didn't know how to do that and walked away not to find someone who could help just to go talk to the other 3 employee at the other end of the counter the two employees putting up signs came back in and one of them asked if I needed help I told him that I had a return he said he couldn't do that but he would get someone that could he went to the back and found someone that could do a return 25 minutes later I was done

4/22/2024: DO NOT buy the Shop Pro DEF Fluid here. It destroyed my truck within hours and saving $30 is costing me $5,000 for a new system. Ray swapped out my Platinum Blue DEF with their store brand and said DEF is DEF, “It’s like buying milk at the store”. The Store Manager told me to take my car to the mechanic and call him with an estimate before moving forward. I called him back and then got the old “All claims are through corporate” speech and acted completely helpless. I called corporate to place a claim on 4/22/2024 and was told the Regional Manager would be calling me within 2 business days. It’s now 5/6/2024 and I still haven’t heard a word from them. My truck was put into limp mode and can’t go over 5MPH until the whole system is replaced for $5,000. Buyers please BEWARE!

Got a rear wiper blade for my Toyota Highlander and the employee attempted to help me install it even with a customer waiting. After he couldn't figure it out, I watched a YouTube video and had it installed in a couple of minutes. Thanks for trying to help.

We were on the hunt for a simple break part; hardware screw. The employee helping us did not seem to be enthralled to assist us in our endeavor. Everything else in auto zone is great. Just a little bit of a smile and some customer service knowledge goes a long way

In Kansas from out of state and needed to add some engine oil. Dropped the oil cap in the process and drove over to AutoZone. Was prepared to just purchase a replacement cap since I didn’t know how to retrieve it. But instead an employee, Dan, came out to the parking lot, retrieved my cap, re-checked my oil and got me on my way. I was so thankful 600 miles from home someone could help me so quickly and kindly! Thanks Dan!!

I was fortunate to have John at the local store when I needed a battery for my truck. He helped me find the battery I needed and did the installation for me, due to recent rotater cuff surgery on my left side. I would recommend this store for parts to anyone that needs help with your ride, an asset to the community! Thanks, John!

Ethan was the employee that said good afternoon may I help you, I told him we had ordered 2 parts for our vehicle, he asked my name and he went and got the parts and I asked how hard is it to put the hydraulic bar lifters on the back door and he said they are fairly easy but we are not busy and nobody is here so let's put them on and in less than 5 minutes it was done. Alternator went out on the truck at 8:45pm a block from the store. They close at 9 and they let me borrow tools and and fix the truck( only took 30 min) but they waited for me to finish and see if I needed anything else. Thank you very much. Forget to mention I was 2 hours from home.

Absolutely the best location in the metro. You can and will have terrible service at other locations. Either because of understaffing or incompetence. I have been goin here since the day 1 opening. I have never had a single problem. If anything i went in with more problems and came out with less.

Purchased a battery for my son's truck there and was told I could return with either the receipt or the credit card I purchased the battery with for the refund on the old battery. My son lost the receipt, so I attempted to return the battery. Their software couldn't find me by name nor by phone number. I was told they could not find the purchase by my credit card information. I will not use this store again, and would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

The employee's are usually helpful and willing to look up a part if you aren't sure. Expect to pay higher prices than you would at a big chain store, but your service will be better.

I've never had any problems here. The store is clean, they don't seem to ever be packed-yet-understaffed like the auto parts stores further East tend to be. They have decent sales on regularly used basic items, as well as an email coupon distribution list for rewards members. The rewards program is pretty cool too - spend something like $75 or $100 at once 3x and get a $20 discount credit (must have rewards card present to claim the discount).
