I have always had great luck, they do professional work and great pricing on tires. They have also helped me out in a pinch of needing repairs done so I had a vehicle to use. The owner is a great community supporter.
Made me drive over an hour on two shredded tires, knowing my condition- telling me they had 4 tires ready to go. I get here, they have only two from before 2014. Trying to sell me tires that are no longer even safe to drive.
WORST! WORST! WORST!
Tried to contact to have work done. Ignored. No problem plenty of legit mechanics out there. Hell with it spent an hour, removed my bed, installed fuel pump, put need back on. 200 fuel pump and saved probably 600-800 because they didn't want to call back.
Had a leaky tire on the way past here, mechanics were very friendly and quick service had me out in 20 mins. Very inexpensive and reasonable, highly recommend if you're passing by and need some quick work done -- good people who aren't out to fleece you.
My daughter bought her very first car (by herself without help from mom and dad) from Maple Hill. We trusted Duane and truly believed he was a good guy that would stand by his word. He told us if we had any major issues after we got it home, he wouldn’t leave us hanging. Well, that’s exactly what happened. My daughter had worked hard to save up for the first car she bought out right. $7000. A week or so after we bought it, she had to have $700 worth of engine work done on it and now neither one of us can get him to call us back.
This makes me incredibly sad that I truly wanted to believe he was a good small town guy you could trust and that’s obviously far from the truth. We haven’t even been able to get the warranty money from him as he doesn’t return calls. Be VERY CAREFUL!!!
I can't say enough about these guys. Had a belt go on my truck and limped to their place at 1am. Spent the night in their parking lot. They opened at 8am diagnosed and fixed problem and I was on the way. Excellent, courteous service.
We purchases a F150 after checking out several different trucks from a pretty large selection. There were a few issues that came up right before and right after we bought it and Duane took the time necessary to fix these items for us. Very satisfied with this place! Highly recommend!
I love this business. There down to earth, treat you fair and honest is so refreshing. They reflect the small town Kansas values of honesty and fairness. And though you may think they might be county bumkins, i assure you they know what they are doing and are on top of they latest technologies involved with today's automobiles.
Do not buy a vehicle from this place. Bought one and two months later had to put $2500 into it and now going to have to put more and have only had it for little over a year. Not happy at all!
We are driving home to California and tire blows up on the middle of nowhere (Kansas), Googled the closest tire shop, these guys came in minutes, took off our tire with rim and drove back to shop replaced it with new tire, less then an hour we are back on the road. Friendly and kind, but the most lovely the cost of service $$, made our day!!! Thank you guys!!!
