Going home with a load of hay and my truck kept derating. Stopped by Southwest and asked them if they might be able to help me out, at first they said they where too busy but then dropped what they where doing, scanned my truck , found the problem and got me down the road. Awesome people and service. Can't thank them enough.

We called these guys and told them we had a water leak. They said bring it in and they'd look at it. Turns out we needed a radiator. They got right on it the next morning. We were back up and running that afternoon. Thanks again!

Came in to hey my trailer patched up (not thier main service) but did a good job and got me on my way. Great staff. 13Dec24

Stopped by since it was the first shop as you drive into town, they didn't even want to see me since they had clean the shop for their Christmas party, saying he didn't have technicians available till 1pm which I told them I'll wait since I had to keep making my way to Southern California, the service manager then said nevermind we won't be able to see you till next Tuesday after the holiday as he stuffing his mouth with food. I wouldn't recommend the service department to anyone due to the lack of customer service and real leadership on behalf of Mr. Service Manager.

Bad place to do business unless you want to waste your time. Took an axle took more than 2 month to get it back after that it still not right. And theres nothing no one can do becuase they just give you an run around .

They have so many different parts that you may need. Other places don't have half as much!!

I visited here for a mud flap and i give them five stars for.... Wonderful customer service professional friendly environment fast and reasonably affordable prices. Thank you Jason and crew.

Dropped two drive shafts off at the machine shop 4 weeks ago, still not touched. Have been told they’d be done the next day every time I’ve called or stopped by. Don’t waste your time.

Wouldn't do business with this company bc they said they were hiring for a driver's position and then told me that they have enough drivers and told them thank you for wasting my time

The best truck repair that I have used while on the road. Very respectful, reliable, experts, and friendly. If you are going through and have mechanical issues with your truck, this is your best option.

They offer a lot here at this store. My favorite being the junkyard. I use their satellite store in Woodward all the time. I would have gave 5 stars but the Woodward store often doesn’t have things I need that you would think they would have. They do a great job in woodward and I don’t believe there voices are being heard to the main office about issues involving stock. Listen to your employees they are your most valuable asset!

Worst customer service , Buck doesn't call you back after he says he will. Kyle -parts manager was told what we needed for parts and never shipped all of them . Call to let them know only to be abused verbally ,and they blame each other . Not worth the hassle !

Stopped in to look around and get some parts. I always stop when coming thru Pratt. Met the owner today. One of the nicest gentleman, you will ever meet. I’ve had work done here in the past and I always get something when I come thru. Good old school business!!!

Terrible service, was told to come back tomorrow even though they didn't close for 15 minutes. Hard pass on that, we'll spend our money with someone that wants our business.

Stopped today for check engine related to DPF system. Problem solved a little over a hour. Technician was excellent, service people were all friendly and the bill was reasonable.

highway robbery. BE AWARE. Go to wichita or do road side instead. They lie & dont do what they say. No honor in this establishment whatsoever. We were given no estimate and completion time was way over what was promised for an easy job. They told us they are getting a compressor from freightliner. Once we spoke to them in the morning they said they tried to fit a used one in supposedly. Worst experience ever

Great place. I just bought a truck. Very friendly and I think I got a good deal.

When you ask them you they deliver the part to you in hour or so and they sit there tell you yes but you called them back to pay for it over the phone and he tells you it be here in the morning!!! No sir I ask to be here today not tormmrow TODAY!! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

Very busy business, but had time to get me the right bolts to put my camper stabizer bar back together and would not take any money. Needed it today as winds were 25MPH . Thanks SWParts

This place gets one star because I cannot give a negative star rating. This review is not because I had bad service, but because I encountered the owner of this place in town while conducting business near by. I was personally treated so badly by the beligerante, rude owner of this establishment, I am at a loss for words. He is obviously senile and too old to realize that he is completely out of line. Maybe it’s the fact he has too much money and is out of touch when it comes to dealing with regular working folks. He should probably at his age have a personal handler to keep him out of trouble. I feel sorry and ashamed for his friends and family if he has any left.

Great place they helped me out a lot saved a lot of money for me and my company splitter in the rear end without the Volvo they found a used part and put it in and it's working real good thank you thank you allI mean the power divider in the rear ends you know front and back anyway they fixed it they they found a used one rebuilt it probably save me through 4000

Joseph Bad service Had a driver to go into this place. One of the guys just looked at him.Driver told him he needed him to check his truck for air leak he said he didnt know antthing about air leak, with out even looking at the truck and keep drinking his coffee.Driver went to front desk she pointed to the guy he had just talk to. That guy walk by him and got another cup of coffee and pass right by him. I will never send anyone of our driver to this place again. Very poor service.

The best shop I have ever been for the past 4 years I have been in the industry and the manager there Kurt is the reason why this shop is the best in Kansas I can also the entire country ✊✊???

Scheduled a service call for first thing in the morning and they never showed up, never called to cancel. Tried for several hours too get someone from the service department on the phone and never could. 10 hours later we're going elsewhere.

Great place, the guy Wes was cool and friendly and the whole place has a huge selection and we found what we needed, took it off ourselves, and paid very good price. Great service 5 stars.

Greatest service I have ever had. I had a blowout east of town and another company fixed the tire but I needed a mud flap. I called and they stayed after ahours to help me out. I look forward to doing business again!
