We were on our way back to Canada, and had a major breakdown with our bus in Phillipsburg Kansas We called around trying to find help. Brandon answered my call, even though he was on a huge crash scene. He recognized we needed a specialized tow and recommended, then contacted Travis at Kearney Towing. Not many companies would help arrange help, because they couldn't fill our needs. Brandon even came by after clearing that wreck, to make sure we were OK. He also came the next morning to help the driver towing us load our bus. Without any thought of money, Brandon went above and beyond to help us. After a wreck the police contacted this company to tow our vehicle. We weren't allowed to pick up our vehicle for months after and when we were able to get it it had 200 plus gallons pumped out of the fuel tanks. He tells me this is policy because it may leak and they do it the minute it enters the yard. This is a lie because I was at the yard more than 10 days after the accident collects personal items and the fuel was still in the tanks. When I brought it up he had a lot of lies as to what happened and excuses about me not getting the equipment. There were several times we tried to obtain the equipment and they wouldn't allow us to retrieve it because they were fighting with the insurance. Even though the insurance told us we were cleared to get the equipment because they settled the claim. He refuses to pay for the fuel he stole out of the truck. This is just another crooked tow company.
I can’t thank enough to this company for their service in the incident where one of our trucks were involved. Very fast, friendly and very considerate with prices! As a representative of the trucking company, we know who much towing companies can be rude and too expensive. Once more, thank you for everything! All my recommendations for everyone!
Man!!! Come here for a reasonable price and a good Ole country boy experience. This man put a tire on our loaded bull wagon, repaired the lines the tire tore off in a hurry so we could get the air back on these babies. Do you want to talk price? Well let me just say the last few times we made it to a truckstop we flushed around a grand on rubber and here it was under $200. Come here for all your wrecker and big truck needs. Tons of room and parts to get you fixed up.
These people towed my car when I called the cops to let them now I was going to let them know I was getting it on Saturday they failed to let the other police officers know so one went out and called it in but also failed in the process to notice to me that there was a red tag on my car so there again the lack of communication at the police station sucks but it fine it will get figure it out
We had a blowout in our RV. While trying to figure out where to change the flat or if to use roadside assistance, Brandon happened to drive by on his way to help someone else. He told me a good spot to change the flat then came back later and helped me finish putting on the spare, then had me drive to his shop so he could check the tire pressure and fill it up properly. He did all that and then wouldn't take any money, saying he didn't do that much. For us though it meant the world to have such a kind person help us out without worrying about money, even though we would have been more than happy to pay him. Thanks, Brandon, we'll do our best to pay your kindness forward!
Also, the guy is a self-taught engineer of sorts and showed us his cool car project he built himself.
