Arrived in about 3 minutes ( I was at the Walgreens) and had it done in an emergency with my truck running. My first choice for lockouts in the McPherson area.

From Arkansas heading to Colorado for thanksgiving n we lost a wheel on the pickup in Hesston ks. The first guy that came out from a different company didn’t act like he care to much claimed his truck wouldn’t not even pick the truck up. Dacus came out picked the truck right up was very nice all around. He did charge me extra $50 to put a block under the axle so it wouldn’t mess anything up. which I was stuck so wasn’t much I could do.
We had a very good experience with this company, they are top notch ! Brandon was very nice and eager to get us out of a bad situation. (Stuck in the mud on a rural road ). If you are in a bind around McPherson, give them a call!
My BMW car transmission locked up and it was necessary to have it towed to a speciality shop in Wichita. I called for an appointment and met the tow truck within the hour. Dacus got it to the shop that same morning with no problems. I recommend their service.

Brandon was called to tow my car but instead he saved me a lot of money and had a look at my car and informed me that it was just a rear break problem. Went completely out of his way to do this and I couldn’t be more thankful.
Fast and responsive. Had a load shift on me and they came to help within 10 minutes of my call. They worked fast but safe, and had all the proper rigging to get the job done. They were called out to pick up my wife's motorcycle after an accident. The crew and staff were more than just professional. They were also compassionate and caring. Even help with thing that they did not have to. Id use them 10 out of 10 more times if needed.
Great company to work with. Asked about my safety for where I was and where they would be picking up the car. I was kept updated about when the tow truck would arrive. Brandon the driver was friendly. Asked if I needed a lift to the shop where my car was being taken. I didn't need a lift. He even delivered a note to the shop for me so that I would not have to go down to the shop with my car.
While we did not use Dacus Towing and Recovery for their services, I had to give them a 5-star review for being just a Good Samaritan. We lost a saddle bag off of our Harley-Davidson motorcycle on I 35 highway in Kansas as we were traveling through. After carefully retrieving all our belongings and the saddle bags, we were on the side of the highway with the motorcycle and people were not getting over and it was a very dangerous situation. and Recovery, was ever so kind to pull up behind our motorcycle and leave his lights on for our safety and stayed there with us until we were able to get the broken saddle bag strapped onto our bike. It was so very kind of him to stop and help two random strangers broke down in the ridiculous heat on the side of the road. Thank you so much!
Kevin and Brandon showed up like two knights in shiny armor. We got a flat and they came out to assist us on the side of the busy interstate. They were processional and speedy. Price was great too! Way more affordable than I was expecting. Highly recommend
This was my first experience of locking myself out of my vehicle so I was very concerned. But when Travis showed up it was about 10 minutes and I was back in my vehicle. He was very professional and caring for my comfort. Helped me load my groceries, returned my cart and told me to get in my car and cool off while he figured the bill. Such a nice young man! Dacus towing and recovery is without a doubt the best towing company there is, period. After our truck was struck and not drivable I gave them a call. Brandon showed up promptly to help us. He is very professional and knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions that we had. Great care was taken when loading our truck onto the tow truck and after talking with him for a few minutes I knew I had made the right decision to call Dacus Towing and Recovery. If we ever need any towing services in the future we will not hesitate to contact them again and neither should you!
The guys were so professional even in the rain, mud and cold. They pulled out two horse trailers with loaded horses and did a great job. I hope I don't need them again but if I do they are on my speed dial.

Very easy to work with and got it loaded up and dropped off in a short time. Even though they were about a hour away from where I was stuck and even worked around the truck not having a tire. They didn’t cause any more damage then what was already done. if I needed a tow I would probably call them before anyone else.
Had a clutch issue with my car, called Dacus and Brandon had my car picked up and dropped off at the shop within an hour. Super nice guys, very quick, and didn’t damage my car at all. I will absolutely be calling them for any future tows

Excellent towing company. I was in a bind out on a unmaintained country road delivering Amazon packages with barely enough service to search for a tow. Luckily, I was able to contact Dacus, and Kevin & Brandon were able to help get my car loaded and towed from a situation I couldn’t get myself out of. I'd highly recommend if ever in a spot where you need this service, call these guys!
