Disregarded statement regarding not to replace wiper blades, as they were brand new, and to instead investigate the ARM. Did not investigate arm and replaced blades.
Cracked the dash in a few places when removing it to fix the ac unit and didn't even fix the ac, had to get it looked at not even a month later.
Edit: this IS a semi-old issue I'm finally writing a review about, and it was my mother who took the car in at the time.
Our family van broke down off Highway 50 while we were traveling from out of town. A friend who lives near Marion highly recommended Barry at Webster Auto Service—and I’m so glad they did. Barry was incredibly kind, genuine, and helpful. He treated us with respect and got our van fixed quickly and reliably.
The price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to Barry’s honesty and professionalism. I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Barry and the team at Webster Auto turned a tough situation into a positive memory. Being new to the area, I was looking for a new shop to call "my guy" and let me tell you Webster Auto is a great spot. I've gotten quotes from nearly every shop between McPherson and Marion and his prices are the most fair, and the quality of work is above 5 star. Most places seem to charge some ( more than just a few hundred) inflated prices. They were honest and quick to repair and very knowledgeable. They have worked on my old truck and my newer vehicle and as of now, I won't be going anywhere else. I highly recommend getting quotes from other shops and the check out Webster. Their shop is super clean and organized and this shop clearly has the reputation they deserve. My company will be using Webster from here forward.
They are working on my Ram 1500... I'll post how it goes bit I can say they got it in right away the guy didn't assume I was car dumb because I'm a woman and he was super friendly.
Love their attention to detail. Took my vehicle in for something completely different, but mechanic noticed it didn't sound like it was supposed to, and found the problem almost immediately!
Sean and Barry were amazing! I am from out of town and got stuck on the side of the highway! They rescued me and got my vehicle fixed as quickly as possible. They were truly heros today! Thank you so much!
Barry was very nice and always tells me what's necessary and what's suggested. All of the techs know their stuff and aren't afraid of putting in work! Wonderful place for oil changes and even larger projects.
I didn't really have enough done to rate them any higher, but they gave me an honest appraisal of the situation and did what they said they would. I would have paid more than what they charged because I had been unsuccessful at fixing it myself. Very clean and orderly shop and everyone I have delt with there was polite and helpful.
I’ve been going back and forth there cause they said they have fixed the problem on my car then I get it back and as I’m driving AWAY from the shop my car breaks down because they did not fix the problem. Then they don’t tell you price as they are figuring out/fixing the problem, and they don’t call to let you know updates or that your car is done... they just hold on to your car and don’t let you know when they’ve finished.
