Christmas Eve... This company was great to do business with. 2.5hrs into our trip from Kansas City to Austin TX we found ourselves stranded. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind & patient in helping figure out where we needed to be picked up. Freddy arrived quickly and was very compassionate. He made sure we had everything we needed out of the truck before he took it to the dealership. He even made a point to come back to make sure we had an item me mentioned in earlier conversation. Additionally he went out of his way to call us to let is know the truck made it to the dealership before it closed for the day. That above & beyond customer service is not often received. Thank you to all for making a stressful situation more manageable.

I was broke down in the Flint Hills area of Central Kansas, close to Emporia, I called Williams Towing, they were out there about 15 miles away or so, within the hour, and got me hooked up and towed to the repair shop. Andrew, the driver/technician, is a great guy, very nice and professional, made sure that I was in the tow truck staying warm, while he stayed out and worked, in 15° weather, hooking up my truck , I would highly recommend this company!

This tow company is amazing! Me and my children were stranded on the side of the road 3 hours from home. I just got this car not even a month ago and the place I got it from would not help me at all. I called around panicking looking for some help and Williams Towing came and rescued us free of charge. They have truly been a blessing. Me and my kids would be stranded if it wasn't for them.

Hit a deer and totaled my car on my way to KC from out of state. Dispatch sent Williams Towing to help us out and they were amazing the whole way through. Took us and my dog to a hotel that was full and drove us until we found a place to stay for the night. The next day the owner let us in to get everything from the car without making us pay and he was super nice. Williams was the best part of a really crappy trip cannot recommend them enough

stars is not enough. If you are in need call Williams Towing!!! They are pretty fast and reliable, Even the sheriff told me that once I tell him I call Williams towing. I don’t know his name but the guy come to help me is very professional and did excellent job. I recommend to all to call them if you need help around emporia

5 stars is not enough. If you are in need call Williams Towing!!!!! I would recommend them tOEVERYONE! There we were on our way from MN heading to AZ at 9 something at night towing our camper and out truck lost power about 20 some miles outside of Emporia....... Mind you I have roadside assistance for this to which I called, THAT was a headache, and set up for a tow to come get us. I was told it would be at 1.5 hours to wait, they were not clear who was coming or where we were going but ok at least I knew we had help coming. So as at this point we were exhausted and waiting an hour and a half before anyone showed up seemed sooo long. So I looked up towing services near me. When I read the reviews for Williams Towing I called, and we are SO glad we did. To start there was a very nice gentleman who answered the phone and was so helpful! After discussing the cost, the shop we could bring it to and the assitance offered on where to put the camper while we wait and have truck serviced we said done, send the truck. I called and cancelled the roadside assitance one we were waiting for. In minutes I was informed help was on the way. Freddie showed up fast. He was kind, courteous, so helpful and knowledgable!!! Thank you all sooooo much!

My daughter recently hit a rock and popped a tire while in emporia at school. My husband and I were in NYC at the time and could not help. I called Williams towing to help and that stepped up and treated the situation like it was one of their own daughters. They helped her navigate the situation, towed her car, and helped her get a new tire. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Had a flat at a gas station air pump that was broke. They came quickly and filled my tire with air and got me back on the road for free. Saved me a lot of hassle and time

Had a blown trailer tire on the Kansas Turnpike today. 45 minute ETA, arrived in 35 minutes. Had my trailer tire replaced in less than 10 minutes. These guys Rock. We need more companies like this, thank you for your quick and friendly service

Austin did a fantastic job of getting me towed. That is after AAA sent a guy who couldn't get the job done and gave up trying to find someone to help me. I highly recommend Williams Towing!

Couldn’t allow a minute to go by without saying thank you to this company. I’m going through the hardest time in my life and my truck broke down in a BlueBeacon wash Bay at 3am. The service professional arrived within minutes, pulled me out of the bay, went the extra mile to help me start my truck and just drove off and said have a good day. Amazing blessing! #GaurdianAngle. Our company has over 100 trucks going through this area. I told them to please use these guys and I’m asking YOU, to please use this company. 5 star services. Over priced charged 205 to take the vehicle to a shop that was 30 mins away, who didn't even figure out what was wrong w the vehicle paid them a money for nothing. towed the truck back to mcpherson and koeh towing charged 190 and it was 1hr and 30 mins away!! Check your fees before using them!

I had a break down on my truck at the Loves gas station near there shop coming from WI headed to AZ. Called them up and within an hour had there driver Ryan rescue me and took it to this awesome repair shop near there called H & H Auto Repair that got me back on the road within an hour or so. Ryan was professional actually took time to talk to me and was a professional and courteous driver.

Marvin came out very quickly to fix a coolant leak on one of our trucks right on 35. Great service and very helpful. Had the job completed quickly and effectively. Call these guys if you need help!

For a Sunday it was a very fast response. The driver actually brought us water since we was waiting so long for the insurance company to bring a tow truck. So I canceled them and call Williams towing and recovery tow truck and they was out there in 45 minutes and since my wife had a cast the driver was very concerned That my wife was going to get into the tow truck so he backed up enough where my wife did not fall down in the embankment with her cast on her foot. We was at mile marker 123.6 almost to emporia and they drove us back to Wichita, Kansas at our home .Veterans own small business I love to support and they actually care about your vehicle and well being of us. He was very respectful and did a professional job. If you need a tow on any of your vehicles they have you covered even on your simi. Thank you again guys. @eveyone

All around they were extremely helpful,polite I had a situation where my car was stolen from Texas and ended up in Kansas. I am disabled and couldn't afford to try to get my car back to Texas. And the awesome guys and owner brought my car back to my front door and didn't charge me anything. Any towing needs call them first. They're great!

Chris and Shane helped us out with our RV and trailer tow and the service was exceptional, personal, and thankfully affordable. Everyone we met was friendly and aimed to help us in our predicament. Incredibly fast and affordable! I had my truck die on the side of I35 in between Emporia and Wichita about 25 miles out of Emporia. They picked up the phone in 2 rings and I was told to send my location to I think the owners cell at which point a driver called me about 2 minutes after and was on the way and to me in about 30 minutes. Honestly I was shocked how fast and affordable they were. I would highly recommend them.

Prompt, excellent service, came out and picked us up on a dirt road West of Lake Kahola. Driver was there in under an hour, got our vehicle w 2 flat tires loaded quickly and safely. We were at Walmart Auto center for tire repairs less than an hour later. Thanks for the fast courteous service!

We had some issues with our 2009 Dodge journey not wanting to start, i called and someone was out in less than 20 mins was Friday night around 730pm. After getting hitched up went to put it in N and started right up after over an hour of myself trying to get it to start. No charge was due as the tow driver said he didn't do anything. But he was wrong i will remember this for the next time i need a tow, nice to see good people out there. Thanks Williams Towing & Recovery for a stress free night.

I am the Owner/COO with SOS Towing & Recovery and have had the unfortunate need for my Equipment to be rescued on the side of the road not just once, but multiple times. Williams Towing & Recovery has been the most impressive, professional and experienced group of Tow Operators I have ever had the pleasure of having to deal with in an unfortunate emergency situation. Being in the business myself I automatically look at the way they do their job in a different light than a normal truck driver. To say they are exceptional at what they do is an understatement. William's Towing really helped us out of a bind when our trailer broke down about 10 miles out of town. The kept it in their secure lot for a few weeks until we could come back and get our stuff. When we came back they let us get to work, with no issues, and everything was exactly as we had left it. Great, friendly crew!
