Won't respond to my requests for adding my new vehicle to my permits for my apartment complex, been a solid work week and now I can't add it as a "visitor" as you're only allowed a couple days until you have to wait longer. if my car gets towed thanks for stealing from people trying to follow the rules. All tow companies are predators in practice it seems.
Overcharged me and charged for a. day they were not available to get my car from their lot. Would recommend if one were to use their service that you have your car towed somewhere else than their lot.
This is the one to call for any and all tow and repairs. So thankful to get back on the road. We were towing an RV when the fuel pump went out. They found some additional problems and fixed them at an affordable price. They allowed me to plug into their power and run the ac. Cant say enough about how easy they made this. They even did the repairs on a sunday and i was on the road Tuesday morning. made it home no issues. Thanks again! ?
Very helpful w lots details about the part I called looking for he didn't have one on hand however said he could and would go out to the yard/ lot and look personally that afternoon and see if he could find one. He also gave me some helpful hints warning that the part I was looking for was some what costly and there was a few cheaper things I should check first n case to save time and money .
Is the owner or so the person called themselves with trying to sell me something before I even could tell them what I wantedAnd then instead of trying to work with me and trying to get me a part you wanted to sell me the whole assembly instead of just a part
Tried calling them in hopes of getting help finding a part. Hispanic man answered laughing and not giving full information on anything. Never again calling them.
Want too long for someone to come out and assist you. Should just make the junkyard a pick and pull instead of waiting for someone to go with you because i literally waited an hour and i could've just took the part of myself
On the way home from Kansas City with my family and had my car break down on me.
Called up Dave. He had my car and my family of 5 back to Emporia super fast!
Fixed my car for a cheap price. Honest and cheap highly reccommend!

with them I took my car in for an oil change and to see if he would take a look at our Serpintin belt. It was making noise out of there every time my car would pick up RPM they stayed with my car for over 5hrs got an oil change never got the problem with the belt fix , so I had to bring it in the next day to keep my car 5hrs later to find it hooked to another car give it some juice to jump star his other salvaged cars there was a crack the size of a quarter in the EGR VELVE had nothing to do with the Serpintin belt when I confronted the Mechanic "David" he denied that he had nothing to do with that crack got offended an told us he wanted nothing to do with our car we went in with what we thought would be a simple fix came out paying more with more bigger problems hope this does not happen to you.
The shop staff and mechanics were willing to assist when our pickup quit. They pulled the truck to their shop and within 1 1/2 days we were able to get the truck. Very happy with the rates and their work! Thank you so much!
They are the tow service that the Emporia P.D. called to have my van towed
when the battery ran down,I brought another one and requested that the one in the van be placed inside the van on the floor as it was a brand new Exide Mat Gel Cell and I needed to return it.When I got home I discovered that it was not in the van...they stole it!
Don't deal with these crooks!
