Went in to have my battery checked because of issues I was having. They tested it and determined it bad and went and got a new one and replaced it while I waited. Really nice people!

We blew a tire on our suburban on the interstate. After hassling with our insurance for 30 minutes and a car full of kids I called BandC auto. Earl said he get someone right out. They picked us up, replaced our tire and had us out of there in less than an hour!! Feeling so grateful for their prompt attention to our stressful situation.

B&C fixed the front bumper of my car when the other mechanic shops in town were busy. Not only were they able to fit me in but they fixed it quickly, very affordably, and they were very kind. Their service is excellent, I would highly recommend them.
Could not be happier with the service here! I’m from out of town and happened to break down near Russell. The earliest I could get a tow over to this shop was so close to closing time I felt awful. These guys went out of their way to make sure I got fixed up today. Not to mention it was way cheaper than I had anticipated!
True mechanics and when they say they will do something they do it no bs definitely no shade tree mechanics I have ever seen working there. Highly recommend
On our way to Colorado our Ford truck started spitting and sputtering. I called B & C and told them our predicament… we pulled in and they pulled our truck right in! Had us back on the road in a little over an hour! Thanks for the superior service!!!!
I was told they were not a good place, but it was the competition. i took my truck there for a transmission change. i have not look back. I take my truck there for all maintenance. Prices are good, they listen and do. recommend 100%
Vehicle at repair shop for 3 weeks...no one answered phone 3 times I called. They didn't repair the problem. I went back 1hour after they let me have it back and told them it still had problems and was given excuses. When I left town my vehicle broke down with the same problem..they d idn't fix it and took over 600.00 from me.
We were having issues with our car while traveling. We pulled off the interstate and Googled mechanics. This company came up and had great reviews, so we went to go chat with them. They ran some diagnostics, and our torque converter was locking up. He reset it through the computer, and fingers crossed, we will make it the rest of the way on our trip.

Our thermostat quit while getting to Wilson Lake for a Mother's Day campout. B&C was able to get us repaired right away, even though we showed up outof nowhere Monday morning. Thanks Uriah and ever grateful for the whole crew!
They ran a code and told me it was the mass air flow sensor. It was not the problem never checked anything else. They are the worst shop to take your vehicle to. I took care of the problem they said it was. They never checked anything i said was wrong with it and told them car shut off and gas gauge was going crazy. They told me it was the mass air flow. Do not go to them they suck at their job. Worst mechanic shop ever.
Needed a couple of trailer tires when we stopped in the other day. The gentleman that helped us found us a couple of good used ones and had them mounted and ready for us to go within minutes. He even gave us a great deal on them too. I will definitely check here first if I find myself in the area again and need some tires.
