This is by far the worst truck stop I’ve ever visited. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes while two employees continued talking to each other and ignored me completely. I had no choice but to leave without making a purchase. Definitely would not recommend.
Nice clean little stop. Has room for a couple dozen trucks. Lady at the register was friendly and helpful.
Used the restroom then Grabbed snacks and ran. I bookmark this stop for future runs.
Nice clean facility, but please do something about your parking lot. The size of those holes can cause a lot of damage to semi’s. Drivers beware, last thing you want is to bottom out and hit that air or fuel tank
OTR: Free overnight parking. Dirt parking lot, with some pitting, low lighting. Clean.
Good food options. Good portions portions. Great flavors. Coffee is local, and GREAT!
Restaurant: Monday-Saturday, 7am-2pm
2 showers cleaner then most pilots flying j only $12 the parking lot needs work but it was a place to park and take a shower friendly people but the store closes at 10:00 pm I'll stop there again
Parking lot is huge..but unfortunately so are the potholes. Still..a nice sight if your out in the middle of nowhere. Theres a cafe/restaurant on site but i didnt try it. Im good.
I am thankful that this place is there when you really need a place to park. However, there are several gigantic potholes that get really muddy, and you could get yourself stuck if you're not careful while parking at night.
I liked this spot, quiet and plenty of parking. Small store closed at night. I dwell in blissful ignorance of the restaurant, or showers. Lot is cratered, I may have glimpsed the Apollo lander at the bottom of one, so go slow and carefully. A smooth lot and 24hr store would have made this 5 star for me.
Clean enough. Stopped while on a long road trip and there’s no prices on anything in the store. Clerk had a bad attitude when I asked prices of a few items. Who buys stuff blindly? Skip this spot if you can.
Great truck stop. Carol is very kind and an awesome cook. Had her homemade biscuits & gravy AND the best sausage egg & hash brown breakfast burrito I’ve had at a truck stop. Great price, parking, and cook. Glad I made the stop
Truck driver here. Very sweet and nice lady at the counter. She opened up the store today, 12/11/2020, and didn't catch her name. Plenty of parking space, cheap fuel, clean restroom, they sell home made breakfast, fresh coffee. Small store but quite have anything you'd need. Will definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.
When the other truck stops can't accommodate this truck stop is perfect... Place to park and Restrooms and Showers were clean while I was here... It's a dirt lot so yeah there's bumps and potholes not sure what people were expecting... My experience was Good
Very bad parking lot. Be careful there are of very large pot holes. You can easily get or worse flip over. The truck stop closes at night with no restrooms. There is another truck stop 10 miles north on the US 54.
The staff was very moody and unaccomendating. The food was terrible and fountain machines weren't working properly plus the parking lot by the front door was trashy and dirty. We were charged an arm and leg for what little we got. I ended up throwing out the food and drinks. This place is just awful!!!
Great food at the lil cafe, shower's aren't the greatest, and the parking lots kinda rough. But nice staff and a good place to stop if your like me and don't like the big truck stops for a 34 hr restart. I'd definitely rather take it at a mom an pop's shop like this one. Only real downside to me is no laundry on site.
I have stopped at this truck stop many times over the years. It has decent fuel prices, good selection of food/snacks and pleasant customer service. But on May 17, 2020 my family stopped for fuel and bathroom and snack break. My wallet was accidentally left behind in the latrine. The next day when I realized it wasn't in the truck I called to verify it has been found, and It had. I was down to get it the very next day on my way back through. Everything was in it (bank cards, gift card, DL and military ID) except $100 cash. SERIOUSLY LIKE I WOULDN'T NOTICE!!!!! Thank you to the cashier who found it and put it behind the counter! Shame on the snoop who took my family's cash!
Nice place overall. 03/24/20 the toilet paper shortage has reached the middle of farmland. And diesel is the cheapest I've seen at $2.24 per gallon. Plenty of fried snacks inside. I do wish they would spray some bleach in the men's room on a regular basis as we are fighting a virus worldwide, and it smelled a bit dirty, and had some grime on the floor, and walls. God Bless America.
WIPE THE SMILE OFF OF YOUR FACE!!!!! I needed a place to park in which I was happy to park... it's a big dirt lot....this made me wipe the smile off of my face with all of these big mid holes and some quick sand if u like to sink...be careful at night cause I got here at 2am and had to park in the rear...so I was hungry for a burger in the small tidy restaurant and I order a hamburger and fries with a coffee $ 14.95????? WIPE THE SMILE OFF OF YOUR FACE!!!! If you're hungry do something else....it wasn't worth that much....
It had a clean restroom, so it gets three stars. Has both soap and towels. It is a quiet place to park and doesn't have that typical country smell; you know the one I mean ;-) That aside, I just paid $3 and change for two chicken tenders that don't even rate mediocre. The cashier brought her small child to work. The parking lot has potholes the size of small ponds.
Good location, facilities are mediocre. Cleanliness about the same. Service quality depends day to day. Milk is usually spoiled food is usually been sitting for awhile but depending on who's working they still expect full price. If you order wings expect wings that have been sitting instead of made to order. Pizza is pretty good, usually the only good thing you can get so it tends to be over ordered then you just don't feel like pizza anymore. Prices are kinda high for the quality of food.
Great staff and super friendly. Husband overfueled and with no complaints the gentleman cleaned up. Very nice to our children. Truck parking. Great fuel prices.
