My property management company had a contract with the company for parking lot maintenance (towing of cars that are inappropriately parked or in someone else's paid spot). I called to get service and have found that even though we have a contract, they are no longer serving us. A call would've been nice. Not impressed by the woman's catty attitude when I called to inquire why they didn't respond to our last call. 10/10 would not recommend.
Dispatch was a great first impression. Very friendly receptionist. Said she would have someone out within the hour. Dakota was great! Very friendly and professional.
