The scheduler was polite and processed my request promptly. Jason called to let me know when he was on the way. He was also very polite and worked quickly to get my car jump started. I called the office back for a receipt and it was emailed to me immediately! 5⭐️ service for sure! Thank you!

My towing guy figured out a way to get my machine, that was ran into, on the towing trailer then got it safely to the shop and unloaded it without any damage. Very helpful guy and would use them anytime!

Amber showed up in a timely manner and she was great! She was really accommodating for my wife, two kids, and I. She made room for us in her truck, made sure we were comfortable and loaded up our vehicle safely and quickly. She’s also very skilled as she was able to set our vehicle in our narrow driveway in about 6 inches of snow. Overall, a great experience with Kidd’s towing considering the situation we were in.

Driver (Brian Hall) was amazing! He insured that I received a law enforcement discount even after I paid! Took great care of my son’s car! I’ll definitely be using this company for all my future towing/hauling needs! Give Brian Hall a raise and more calls for service!

I received amazing tow service from Jamal C this evening. He was very helpful, friendly, fast and efficient! Minus the fact that my car had to be towed, Overall my tow service was great thanks to Jamal C!

Junior was able to meet us in a timely manner and made sure my car was delivered and parked safely at the auto shop. They were also very up front about cost which was appreciated since you didn’t have to anticipate what the price could be.

Brandon was my driver. I waited for 3 1/2 hours after being told it would take “75-90mins” I was very patient and understanding, until I was told by the driver $148 instead of the $140 I was originally told on the phone, which resulted in me having to give him an extra 20. Very disappointed. Will never call them again!

10/10 guy made things easy was sitting right in my driveway like I asked when I got home he showed up quick and drove an hr in thick fog to drop it at my place and then had to drive an hr back. Great service. Will definitely use again if i need one and im in the area

Our car was dead and needed to be towed to our mechanic of choice. We got a tow truck scheduled via our insurance. Kidd’s was whom they sent. I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he was very cordial over the phone and showed up quickly as he said he would. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. He got it loaded and ready to go very quickly and safely. He even honked for the children who were watching him. Beautiful spotless truck, loved the ‘In God we trust’ message on the truck and the company’s culture. 10/10 recommends.

Our driver was amazing! Super fast and friendly! This chick knew what she was doing! Car arrived safely to the auto body shop. I can't remember her name but Kudos to her! Great job!

I would give them a 0 star or a negative star review if I possibly could. they towed our van when my daughter was driving it while we were out of town on vacation.   My daughter went to pick up the Van and was informed that they would not release it to anyone but the owner unless they had an original signed copy of a legal power of attorney physically signed by us and provided directly to them..  We were nearly 2000 miles away and this was not easy to do but at the cost of a $140 to overnight it, we did so. My daughter then went to pick up the Van and was informed that that was not enough but she also needed Proof of registration which they made extremely difficult to get. It seems their purpose was to exercise a power trip and make it difficult for us to get the van instead of working with us to resolve an issue...
