Awesome! They hustled on our day! The lady that took my call did a great job, she had a driver on it! She definitely understood our issue as an emergency! Driver was very good at communicating while we waited for his arrival & was able to delivery vehicle to its original location on-site without any problem. Both these folks did a AWESOME job! Absolutely recommend this company! One never expects to be stranded on the highway, but sometimes it happens and the only way to get moving again is a tow. The receptionist was very kind and got me on the schedule right away, quoting a 45-60 minute wait. Well, the driver called me less than 10 minutes later saying he was 15 out!! It’s hot out there, so I was ecstatic it was sooner than expected. Randall got me out of the heat and hooked up quickly. He was very kind and quick at his work. He made sure I had what I needed before he left the vehicle at its destination and was careful to not scratch or ding anything. Highly recommend! 10/10 service and low/reasonable rates!

I haven't needed to use a tow service for many years. I needed to call today for a motorcycle transported from my house to a repair shop. The initial call to pickup was extremely fast, efficient and professional and with a genuine personal touch. I will use no one else. If I need a towing service. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs towing service! A+.

Joe was amazing! We were stranded on turnpike. Joe arrived quickly and was so kind and professional. Drove us in the truck with our car in tow...even bought us a snack at the convenient store! My car decided it was done working while on I-235. Thankfully I was able to get it off the highway and on to a side street. Called up Kidd’s after googling tow trucks. Joe the driver was extremely personable and professional. Pricing seemed reasonable enough to get from the near west side to south of old town

I have used this company a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. This latest time was no exception! He arrived sooner than estimated and Joe took good care of us. There was a discrepancy with the invoice, but we resolved it quickly. Thank you KIDD'S!

Today I needed a tow. My car decided to act a fool and I was in a panic, basically. My insurance company's roadside assistance got Kidds to come to me and help me out. Heather contacted me to confirm all of my details. She was super professional and made sure all of my silly questions were answered - she didn't even act annoyed when I called back to provide an alternate phone number because I became paranoid my cell wouldn't get service...I tend to ramble when I'm under stress, but she was great Charles made it to me around 45-60 minutes later. I was at my job, so I was worried I'd miss his call but he was patient when I didn't answer the first few times, which was nice. When he got here he was SO friendly and helpful. Fortunately, it DID start when he jumped it, however, other issues came to light and I still had him tow it. He was knowledgeable and friendly, also dealt with my panicked rambling. I was sooo happy and impressed with the help and service I received with this company. Definitely thankful they're the ones who got my request for today.

Thanks for helping me rescue this 65' Impala. The driver was great and made sure that the car wasn't damaged even though it had to be dragged onto the flat bed. Will call again next time I need a tow!

Dispatch called me just a few minutes ago, while on the phone the person kept asking what was wrong with the truck and I said "I don't know I'm an electrician, but it will go into neutral" and the person kept pressing the issue and I said "I don't like answering marketing questions or scripts, can you just let it go?" At that point the person felt offended and canceled my tow. I started my request for tow at 3pm the previous day and it's 8am now. I feel like the person took things the wrong way and pushed an issue that wasn't important like the cause of the need for a tow, I just need a tow and don't know what's wrong with the truck! I think that customer service should be better trained to side with the client and what the client is going through. Very inconvenient for them to cancel on me after 12 hours in less than a 4 min call. We need to put our anger aside and do better.

Best price I could find around for such a long distance. Zach was very nice and careful with the car. Have had great experiences both times I’ve used this company.

Answered their phone by the 2nd ring. They where out to my vehicle quick. Hooked up and hauled and placed exactly where I needed it.

The tow truck driver took my car an hour away to the wrong place. I broke down .4 miles from an auto shop and told the driver I would meet him there. After waiting 45 mins at the auto shop with no sign of the tow truck, I called to see where he was and he went to the complete wrong place. Then once he got here he dropped my car off in the middle of the parking lot in front of other cars. My car wouldn't start why would you drop it in the middle of everything?? Not off to the side or in a parking spot. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

This is on behalf of my little sister a college student who hired the services of this incompetent company. They guy who assisted her left the car in a location where the tire shop couldn’t get access to fix the car, today we then tried to call this company and let them know that the shop is unable to fix the car due to the location where the tow driver left the car during night time. My sister thinking they can go over and finish their job by putting the car in the correct spot, nope that didn’t happen ,they wanted to charge her extra, they also hung up the phone multiple times , all this while she’s trying to figure it out transportation once again she’s a college student, and this company just felt good by saying we didn’t receive any kind instruction on where to leave the car, well you guys work on this every day you know that a vehicle unable to move should be close enough to the shop garage door so they can move it from inside. Parents that read this do not hire their services, so far we hired them because it says 4.5 star maybe we received different services due to we have spanish last names. But hey my sister just needed your company to do the job right, and to finish what you guys started. Lack of services, lack of professionalism and bullied a young woman forcing her to accept a horrible service.

Driver showed up earlier than quoted so I had already left..but my service was great! Sunday so dlrshp was closed and he knew exactly where to drop off and put my keys in Dropbox AND filled out needed info on key drop🚀🛟 ! All 5 stars!

Awesome service! Broke down on a Sunday driving out to el dorado got me taken care of within a couple of hours and back in wichita. Would definitely use again if I ever have another issue in the future.

We received excellent service from Jamal C.! He was quick, very friendly, and took great care of our car. With our car sitting fairly low to the ground we've had an issue with a previous towing company causing damage by scraping it on the truck but Jamal was efficient and had no issues.
