Excellent service, got a flat on Kellogg was picked up fairly quick, young man did a great job very carefully on drop off.

The driver arrived precisely when they said they would, had no issues getting my car on, and it was a smooth ride with them. Would definitely recommend for getting your car somewhere if you can't drive it.

The lady who set up the tow was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. She advised approximately when they would be there, and the person doing the tow called to let me know he would be there in about 20 minutes. The entire experience was very good. I definitely will use them next time I need help!

Excellent service. Fair price. Showed up on time and helped me move a heavy, non-working vehicle from one storage unit to another. This was not an easy job but they managed to get it done. I did remove one star for the guys not letting me know that the back end of the vehicle slipped, leaving some slight damage on the vehicle and storage unit wall. Again, great service, guys were really nice and accommodating, but would have appreciated knowing what happened before they left.

Kidd was awesome. Thank goodness for that nice young man. After filing 3 different requests for assistance with my state far roadside assistance and 6 or 7 hours of waiting just to be cancelled and having to start the process all over again, I finally got smart and just called Kidd directly. They saved the day.

Awesome! They hustled on our day! The lady that took my call did a great job, she had a driver on it! She definitely understood our issue as an emergency! Driver was very good at communicating while we waited for his arrival & was able to delivery vehicle to its original location on-site without any problem. Both these folks did a AWESOME job! Clay was really nice guy he had to cancel short notice and was very quickly about notifying me. Very courteous and service was great. Not to mention the prices!! I called around for quotes and this was the cheapest I found in town.

I haven't needed to use a tow service for many years. I needed to call today for a motorcycle transported from my house to a repair shop. The initial call to pickup was extremely fast, efficient and professional and with a genuine personal touch. I will use no one else. If I need a towing service. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs towing service! A+.

What a great customer experience. We were stuck on the side of the highway - after hitting a deer that ran across in front of us. Damaging our Uhaul truck. It was un usable. It was after 12pm. Thank God for this service! They came out and towed the Uhaul truck and got us to safety. We didn’t think anyone would respond that late. They did. Thank you!! What an Amazing experience!!

Today I needed a tow. My car decided to act a fool and I was in a panic, basically. My insurance company's roadside assistance got Kidds to come to me and help me out. Heather contacted me to confirm all of my details. She was super professional and made sure all of my silly questions were answered - she didn't even act annoyed when I called back to provide an alternate phone number because I became paranoid my cell wouldn't get service...I tend to ramble when I'm under stress, but she was great Charles made it to me around 45-60 minutes later. I was at my job, so I was worried I'd miss his call but he was patient when I didn't answer the first few times, which was nice. When he got here he was SO friendly and helpful. Fortunately, it DID start when he jumped it, however, other issues came to light and I still had him tow it. He was knowledgeable and friendly, also dealt with my panicked rambling. I was sooo happy and impressed with the help and service I received with this company. Definitely thankful they're the ones who got my request for today.

My car decided it was done working while on I-235. Thankfully I was able to get it off the highway and on to a side street. Called up Kidd’s after googling tow trucks. Joe the driver was extremely personable and professional. Pricing seemed reasonable enough to get from the near west side to south of old town

Easy on the phone even when i was frantic ans horrible with directions. They said its fine to leave the key so i got to enjoy a wedding and i came home to my car in the driveway ready for me to push into the garage. The guy who towed it (Oscar) was super cool and picked up even after i missed his call and he informed me he found my car and it was all set. Thanks so so so so much. -Chris Arthur
