Someone totaled my car & I still owed money on it ! Trinity stepped in & helped with insurance and got everything resolved for me and got me in a new vehicle for 0$ down , the day I called her ! Shes amazing and is willing to go the extra mile for her customers! She will fight insurance until they make it right! Shes a real go getter!
Will was great to work with as well! He made sure I got a nice family car & let me test drive as many as I wanted until I was comfortable!
Will is the best car salesman I have ever met! I have gotten several cars from here, and each time, Will has made it painless and enjoyable. I not once felt pressured or like he was being shady. He went above and beyond to make sure I could drive away today. I almost left because I couldn't afford the insurance, Will literally ran out the door to stop my husband and I to tell us he's not done making sure we got a car. He worked something out for us and I was able to leave in my car after not having a vehicle for 9 months. Anybody looking for a car, please go to Metcalf Auto Plaza and specifically ask for Will. He had us laughing as if we were old friends.
If I could give zero stars I would. First let me say Ms Pam and Trinity are GREAT! always so cheerful and helpful! BUT if you can please RUN and don't look back. This places sells lemons, you get a car with them and within the first 6 months you're having MAJOR problems and I do mean MAJOR, and they're making you pay $2500 or more for these repairs when you just got the damn car. When you try to go get it fixed they make you wait 2-3 weeks just to get your car in(Andy and Dan have always been very helpful) or they'll tell you to go somewhere else to get your car fixed and they'll "defer" the payment, which they only can do that twice a year, which would would be great if the car didn't break down every month or every other month! The reps tell you one thing the shop tells you another so it's always a back and forth game. I'm paying $820 a month for a vehicle that gets me from point a to point b and BARELY that, which is absolutely insane. I have to pray everytime I get in my vehicle lmao, If you're in a bind or in desperate need of a car then sure as they don't make you put anything down, but if you have other options or can wait it out to go to a better car lot please do so. Don't get stuck dealing with this car lot. Also the insurance they offer you SUCKS!

They'll sell you a car that'll break down 5 months after purchase. Now you have a motor payment and car payment with them. New motor ain't great, you want them to check it out but they have a new thing where they'll charge 300$ just to look at the NEW motor you're making payments on.

This place only cares about getting your money!!! They will put u in a car and 30 days later something goes wrong it’s not fair that people can sell u a lemon and get away with it… if u come to this place please be aware of the scam they running… my mom did business with them years ago and they only cared if the payment was made nothing else!!! Please if u don’t have to deal with them DONT!!!!!
I purchased a car from Metcalf. Within the first 60 days my car was totaled by a hit-and-run driver. Trinity was amazing in dealing with my insurance company and getting me into a new car.
BJ and will and Mrs Pam are my faves, and I will add Frank in there too because he has worked with me on numerous occasions and has made my life easy and it’s good to have a car place with friendly faces. The mechanics in the back are Awesone awesome awesome they will get you in quickly as possible and they do good work if they mess up they will fix it. Bj is the greatest he is a stand up guy and he is very respectful and he will hear you out if you not on BS. But he is great I have had 3 cars paid off from them and they find you what’s in your range for our bad credit this buy here pay here is awesome
Don’t ever buy a car from here!!!!!! Horrible experience horrible customer service and if you buy a car and get Mike as your person who handles your file he will never return your calls you wait on hold forever and claim he’s never got calls I bought my car with the check engine lights on and traction control tried getting that fixed got nowhere car shuts off after I pump gas I asked for a different car because they sold me a lemon they told me no plus I’m paying 15.000 dollars for a 2011 ford fusion that I could by for cash for about 3.000 dollars!! Don’t get stuck in something like this like I did do yourself a favor RUN!!! I would give no stars but I had to give 1 just to post!!
First off, I would like to say thank you to Trinity She was very pleasant. She worked with me throughout my entire ordeal. I had a car totaled out and she was there for her. I must say she’s probably one of the best that they have if it wasn’t for her, I probably would not be if there was any problem. She was there to work it out or figure something out. Please don’t purchase any vehicles from this place. They are truly dirty. They sell lemons and beat you out of your money. Rude customer service and employees. They lie a lot so they can keep the money that you worked so hard for after you tell them that there is something wrong with the vehicle they gave you. They have smart mouths as well. If you don’t want to buy or rent a lemon please don’t go to that place. The car at this moment is stranded on the highway this minute. Don’t regret your decision.

I have never encountered such unprofessional sales representatives before. It feels like I was sold a defective car, as I've been experiencing issues since I purchased it. Since getting the car on November 30th of last year, I've had to visit the shop three times. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I have no intention of returning. As my first car, this has been the worst experience I've ever had, and I was unhappy with how I was treated.
This business has exceptional service, I was super impressed with how fast i was helped. After going through a wreck, I spoke with Trinity, and was able to get in same day to find a new car! I was helped by Jerry and it was overall a fantastic experience. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is seeking a fast and reliable group of people who overall just want you to find the best auto option for you!
You know I was a loyal and valuable customer up until a few months ago. I have had several cars from them from 2013 up to 2024. People would talk so bad about them and I would always have their back no matter what cause I am loyal Even with every car I had something would go wrong with it and I would wind up paying a side note on top of my car note. If you were to ask them to see my file you would know exactly how much money I have spent in the last 10 plus years.. I lost my job around Christmas time 2023 and fell on hard times. My father did his best to catch me up and the transmission also went out on the car. I told them several times I can not pay and please come pick it up, Neil made it seem like he had my interest at best heart, but clearly that was a lie. They hired a new account person I do believe his name is Mike and he talk to me like I was his child. Nevertheless I got caught up, but fell behind two payments, not 5 not 10 but two!! They didn't even call me or send a letter saying they were going to come take it. My father paid 850.00 down and had 400 left for the "side note" but they claim they weren't really worried about the side note that they were worried about the payments, so why not take those payments and put it towards my note? They really show their true color towards a customer who has been there for over 10 plus years and also sent people to them I know this cause I would get 50. for every new customer I sent. Very disappointed in them! Everyone and everything has a season and I guess my season was up with them. Be careful when you guys inquiry about them.
My husband and I have purchased two cars from here and we are on our third. Most recently we brought our son in and he purchased a truck. The process was easy and quick. Everyone was helpful and honest. Trinity stood out she was funny and made you feel at home. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.
