Kamron a good sales man. Told me a lot I didnt know, very informational on chevy. People are very nice and I appreciate that from other places just trying makeba sale and push me. There was a couple rough patches in getting things done. Got worked out though. Lil different in the end but done. And a nice vehicle with it. Good place, good people. Id definitely go there again and tell my family and friends to to the same. And will be.

I went to McCarthy Chevrolet last Tues (10-14) not intending to purchase BUT to only look. after Wade got all my info he showed me a car and I test drove it! I loved it trying not to get too excited! He went to the finance dept told Cade what I needed AND wanted. Wade did a great job at explaining everything in detail and I got approved! I am now the proud owner of (new to me) used 2020 Chevy equinox ! Wade, Erik and Cade are all excellent at their job Thank you for a great experience!

I purchased my car new from them last year and have had nothing but issues since then. No phone call or message I leave has been answered or responded to. Nothing but bad customer service and management issues. A life-long Chevy customer is lost from this experience. I wish I'd never bought a car from them. Take your business elsewhere!

Wade was the absolute best to work with!!! I saw the Buick online and called to make an appointment. When I got a text back about 10 minutes later from Wade with a video of the car and him personally telling me it was on the lot ready to go was a wonderful surprise! He never once pressured me for the purchase and went over every detail, listened to all my questions, and let’s be honest he has a great personality!! Genuinely cares and loves what he does. Thank you Wade and he is the guy you want to purchase a vehicle from!
I have bought a ton of cars in my life and have never had the pleasure of such and outstanding..caring dealership. Phillip and Anthony were amazing. My sister bought a used car at another dealership and they didn't give her a plastic sleeve for the temporary license plate. I called McCarthy to see if I could get one since we were leaving for a 2-day drive across country. Donald was Awesome...told me to stop by and when I did he stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately. Again, we did not purchase the car there, and he helped us as if we had. I'll be in the market for a new car soon and plan on giving these guys my business. Thanks Donald!!
All they care about is pushing you into a new vehicle to make a quick buck. Cade flat out lied about my loan terms, considering I am financed through another bank, had he of not known the answers he should have just said he didn't know. I found he is VERY manipulative. Alan isn't any better. They sold me a car with illegal tint on it for the state of kansas (0%!!) and when I asked the guy who delivered it what % they are, he said " I really don't know, but it sure felt illegal! " (this was after he invited himself into MY HOUSE to use my restroom, talk about unprofessional?) He then asked our sales rep Alan, and he didn't know either. That's no surprise, considering the wrong car fax was sent to me twice before sending the correct one. They also told me the car was detailed but it arrived with dog hair in the back and a stain on the front seat, so I find that hard to believe. I also had a broken windshield wiper, and no working tag lights. I did report this to management and they sent out a check for the light replacement, a new wiper, and the cost I had to pay to have a professional remove the ILLEGAL tint. As they should, they sold me an illegal vehicle. (for $23,000 might I add.) Overall it was a really terrible experience. While I love my car, I certainly won't be back to this dealership for future needs.
This dealership is dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone. When I went to buy my car in November, the price suddenly “dropped” from $27,000 to $23,000 only after I was ready to walk out, definitely shady sales tactics. I was also lied to about a service package, being told it was valid at any Chevy dealership when in reality it was only good at McCarthy locations. It took months of persistence talking to a robot to finally get my refund, and I delayed posting this because I honestly didn’t trust them not to play games. My experience with my salesmen was very pleasant but when it came to dealing with the finance manager it felt very manipulative. I will not return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
My family worked with Miranda in the past so I originally came in to work with her however, she got a promotion(congratulations!!) and she set me up with Wade! I had nothing but a great experience working with both. Wade was wonderful! He went above and beyond making sure I was happy throughout this experience because let’s be honest buying a car can be very stressful but he made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase! Wade even drove all the way to Lawrence just to make sure I got the car that I went in for, and I did! Thank you to you both! I’m so excited to start my new Chevy girl journey- good riddance Ford!
Sales staff was very responsive and showed me the cars I was interested in. They let me drive my two choices. Finance staff went through the necessary documents efficiently. I ended up buying the car I wanted at a fair price. I would like to especially thank Xavier for helping me all along the way!
Not only did I find my dream car at a dream price but I also made new friends…. or family I suppose because that’s what the team at McCarthy makes you feel like, especially my sales person Riley and the manager Tony. They were so patient, kind, and generous. They made sure all my questions were answered as a nervous buyer and made it a fun experience. We even had a dance party to Nelly on the test drive. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
I had a great time actually. From picking it out to signing the paperwork. Wade helped me with my traverse and I couldn’t be more happy buying my first brand new car. They literally had me driving off in under an hour!

Wade was awesome to work with. It was about a 8 hour journey including travel and deal making but Wade made the deal I wanted happen. He was also very pleasant through the entire process but also realistic and fair. Would recommend giving Wade a call and will most definetly use him again. Thanks again Wade and crew.
Overall a very good, albeit very long seven hour experience, but with new vehicle negotiations I guess that’s pretty typical of any dealership. The folks at McCarthy were very friendly and professional (shoutout Kamron) and I didn’t feel overly pressured, even when it came time for the extended warranty talk. Only one small gripe - Bought the truck on a Saturday and was told with customization work being done that the truck should be available to pick up on Tuesday, and maybe even Monday if the wheels/tires came in early, which is what I told the person that loaned me a car to use in the meantime… Truck wasn’t ready until Friday. That was kind of a bummer and I would’ve appreciated someone touching base with me daily to give a status report, or just telling me up front that it could be as late as Friday. But yeah, this is my second purchase from McCarthy and would purchase from there again.
Little preface, I live about 2 hours away from this facility but oh my goodness was it worth the travel.
I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a brand new 2025 Chevy Trax. I couldn’t have done it without Alan Gallegos and his team. Every step of the way was efficient. Due to me not needing to purchase a vehicle in the past 6 years I was unprepared and didn’t have some paperwork. That didn’t stop Alan and his team though. They continued the process in a timely manner, my unpreparedness included, and got me the car I’ve been wanting the same day. Now other people must have heard about Alan because he was busy assisting other customers too. Did I notice? BARELY! When he was with us it was as if we were the only customers there. He was incredibly friendly, didn’t push on any different makes or models, allowed me to browse the different vehicles, and if he didn’t have an answer, he found the answer in a timely manner. He focused on my purchase and when he left to assist others he made sure we were taken care of and other members of his team helped us with paperwork, financial side. I am incredibly grateful for the job they did and if, god forbid, I need another vehicle I will absolutely make the trip back.
