Went on a road trip and broke down near Kansas City. Called Avanti Systems LLC and spoke to Wayne who was very kind and super helpful. He showed up within 35 minutes after calling him. He went above and beyond to help us find a mechanic after hours. He was very personable, a pleasure to deal with and his prices were very reasonable! Would highly recommend this company if in need of towing!
What can I say about Avanti Towing that will do it justice? Wayne is an extraordinary man! He towed our son's car from Independence to Grain Valley and actually charged us less than we were told. But, that isn't the reason I gave Wayne the 5-star rating. I would gladly pay full price for his quality of care and services. Wayne is an exceptional man. While he was here, he mentioned several times about wanting to help our son. This kind of compassion is seriously lacking in today's world.
