I was stranded broke down at an intersection today and within 3 minutes of me calling my car was hooked up to a tow truck. Highly recommend this company.
Would never ever recommend this company. Picked up equipment from the lot in Elmira. The equipment had been damaged during the tow (we were not able to see it until after papers were signed and paid). After calling, they were not at all willing to help make the situation right. They denied any responsibility. Customer service over the phone and in person was horrible. Just feeling very disappointed in this experience especially considering it’s a small town company. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.
