We have always shopped at O’Reily and find the staff extremely friendly and helpful until tonight. I walked in the store, a lady behind the counter said hello. I remembered that everyone greets you as you arrive. There was another customer near her so I walked up to the associate closer to me. She quickly said he is helping the other customer and that that is why she said hello. I told her I was sorry and when I got up to her she repeated to me that is the reason she said hello and then rolled her eyes and looked annoyed at me. I just told her I would come back another time. She was talking about me as I was walking out the door. I will now be shopping at Autozone.

When I got out of my car there was an employee being violent and shouting obscenities at a young female customer. His coworker had to go talk him back inside. Not a great look regardless of circumstances.

These guys & gals helped me big time! Needed a Serpentine belt and tried other auto supply places several times to no avail. These guys at O'Reillys took care of me on the first go round. Very pleased!!

I dropped off two brake rotors on Monday night to have them turned and was told they should be ready by midmorning the following day. The vehicle information was provided as well as my phone number. I called on my way home from work Tuesday and was told they hadn't even started on them because they didn't get the vehicle details and didn't know what the specs were for turning them! They did acknowledge that they did have my phone number with them but made no attempt to call me. I asked them to call their store manager about discounting the price since they failed to meet their commitment and it was going to be a 45-min round trip for me to return to pick them up later. The manager (John) apparently told them there was nothing he could do. I will likely take my business elsewhere as "John" apparently has no concern for customer service or retention. #oreillyauto

I was helped by a gentleman name Ric. He was so kind, helpful, and went out of his way to help me fix a part on my gas pump that other places had just said they don't sell parts to! If you need anything automobile wise, go give Ric a visit!

I went into the store to get some dremmel/rotary tool bits and asked do you guys have any dremmel bits and the guy working just goes NO and I said ok and started looking as i was looking i herd one of the 2 working laugh and say that was rude. After a minute of looking i found them. Also both of them were sitting in chairs feet on something while on their phones. So once I pay he has an attitude and told me how much change I was getting back and just kinda dropped it in my hand. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Not sure what has happened in the last couple of years but this store is the worst I've seen. Only helpful person is Rick and he can't do it all himself. We have a commercial account with oreillys we cannot use because the service is so bad.

Called to ask about upgrading headlights to LEDs. When I asked about pricing the employee told me I'd need to come in and look. After me asking, they agreed to look up my vehicle in their system to provide pricing options. When I then asked if they installed these, they quickly replied, "no". I questioned this, I thought it was offered. After my questioning their reply, they confirmed they could install if changing the bulbs wasn't too difficult. Thanks for making my choice to switch to Auto Zone easy.

Update 10/18/22 kid working at about 2:00 pm today said they don't turn slotted drilled rotors and went to another orileys said this is false and not a policy. Enjoy your 1 star for my 30 mins of wasted time.

This O'Reilly Auto Parts location is awesome! They really go above and beyond to help you fix the problems you're having. My husband literally had to go and swap a power steering pump from them 10+ times, among several other parts that were either faulty or went bad, and they were so tolerant and patient each time he went in there. After si many faulty used pumps, they upgraded him to a brand new pump for free! That was so nice of them! Highly recommend!! They really do go above and beyond for their customers.

I have been in numerous times but the other day I had help from 3 gentlemen at once trying to assist getting my a/c fixed. Every one of them were patient and courteous. Best staff I have ever dealt with at any auto parts store over the years.

Very helpful. I went to Home Depot right before going here and they gave me the wrong type of fuses. I went here and they knew immediately what I meant and needed and took me directly where I needed to go. It took less than 2 minutes to get the part, pay, and get out. It was such a great experience. ❤️ These guys know their jobs and do them well. They deserve raises! Thanks guys! You're the BEST!

I was extremely upset at the person who had me going to O'Reilly and honestly the guys working were great even though my information kept changing because the person that sent me failed to give me all correct info on what they wanted. They helped me I felt without judgement! Appreciate the kindness! You could help a girl carry the heavy battery out or at least offer especially if you're not busy! I would of been very grateful for the hand!! Still grateful for kindness while in store purchasing!! Nice staff, very helpful and clean store!

I'll just say this about O'Reilly's, it's a great place with great prices but you only get to the right parts from knowledgeable enough staff to match the numbers on the computer to the box in their hands. Sometimes you don't always get the right part, and because of that you don't give a five-star rating. When you're broke down at home and your car's apart and you have the wrong parts to fix it with, that's most aggravating. This happened more than once to me, it was brake pads, which I know there are different pads for different vehicles but it's just not a lot of fun when you have to walk or get a ride back to O'Reilly's to get the correct brakes. You don't want to put yours back on to go up there. All of that aside, the guys are really friendly there they try to help the most they can, but when you have high school kids working at places no matter where it is They're still kids, but hats off to them for trying maybe a little more training would help out. There's a lot of cars to learn, keep it up O'Reilly's you're on the right path.

No one asked if I needed help during my trip...I was there for ~30min. I didn't really need help but many people would have. Literally 35% the spots on the shelves were empty and needed restocked, that surprised me. I don't go to O'Reilly's often, in favor of a local competitor, so that could be normal for all I know. But, it's not all bad news, the prices were average to decent. Going forward I'm not sure when I'll return but I know I will one day. Although, that could be awhile.

Great helpful staff, had just what we were looking forin stock, they were able to cross reference the belt we had into there system and had a commerical grade belt for our application, no wait when we were in the store, reasonable pricing on what we were looking for, and suggested other parts that we may of needed for the repairs we were doing on the unit we were working on, keep up the great work, and very helpful friendly staff on board at this location

They usually have the parts I need. However, this particular store employs someone who wears very politicizing hats, and has many political bumper stickers on his vehicle. I won't be shopping there again

I'm a Rideshare driver. I drive over 5,000 miles every 3 weeks. Today I went to the place I always go to to have my oil changed in Baldwin City. This time I and a problem with my window mechanism to raise and lower my front driver side window. I was given a price and the part was ordered to be delivered. When Garlin (spelling) delivered the part the box and insides were completely soaked with water. Even inside the bubble wrap. I told the O'Reilly's delivery man Garlin to take it back and also told the repair shop. He refused to. Because it was late in the day with no other places able to deliver a mechanism in a timely manner I had to drive 20 minutes each way to get another from a competitor. I called O'Reilly's and asked to speak to the manager (Kyle) told him the situation and asked what he was going to do about it? He said nothing because he had not talked to the repair shop...that's a lie I was standing right next to the repair shop man when he called O'Reilly's. Needless to say. I told the repair shop, never fix my car with parts from O'Reilly's

Giving two stars because the people they’re mean well and are friendly enough but they are not well trained. Came in on Friday afternoon with a serious issue with my vehicle needed several parts ordered to redo brakes and calipers. Spent time with guy working out ordering parts from different distribution centers including Springfield Missouri. Assured me it would be there next day. Went back next day and was told it would not be there until Monday. Went back in Monday manager said sorry you were told the wrong thing it won’t be here till Tuesday. Meanwhile I have a vehicle sitting here I can’t drive which is causing big issues and I could have went elsewhere and got the parts quicker, Oreilly just closer to my home. Very unhappy with the level of service. Spoke with Store manager he offered to do nothing whatsoever just said sorry you were told the wrong thing. If they tell you parts need to be ordered best to think about going elsewhere. If they have them there in the store you’re probably safe. I will be taking my automotive parts business elsewhere from here on out.

Three times I have called in to verify they have a part and ordered it. I get to the store and they either don't have it or don't know anything about the part. Every other time I go in they want to tell you every thing they know about being shade-tree mechanics. Much better service just down the road,

Your customer service was being excellent when you had Kelly managing your store. Since she left, the last month or so, your customer service is the worse I've ever seen in all the years I've used O'Rielly. You lost me as a customer because of this. The auto parts industry is going down the tubes. If your company wonders why you are sorry going out of business things like this is why. You will lose because the online industry have better prices and more timely service. Pretty sad that dealing with people face to face is more hassle then a person you've never met. Maybe your company needs to reevaluate it's priorities and policies.

Love this store, it's small but I always seem to find what I'm looking for, customer service is great they don't ask you over and over if you need help finding anything like AutoZone next door. I do price matching compared to Amazon and they always beat Amazons prices, can't beat that.
