Since the disposal services has transferred to Eco Waste Solutions, they are no longer a good company and lack integrity as well as basic business/customer service practices. They skipped our scheduled trash pick up and our neighbors’ trash bins as well. This has happened before within the short period of time since the companies changed. It’s been 3 days and I’ve attempted calling their office many times. Somehow my call keeps “moving up in line”, and after waiting an egregious amount of time to finally speak to someone, my call conveniently gets disconnected when I’m expected to be the next person to be assisted. Myself and my neighbors will be using a new company. Unacceptable

Tried calling to transfer my account over to new owners was put on hold 2x and hung up on both after 11 minutes on each call they hung up on me im calling to set up service with their competitors now

Changed companies and tried to bill me more money after using there services for almost a year they were already expensive if you have other options for trash service I would suggest that

I always have great service with this trash company! It feels like a small company when I call the lady is so helpful and always takes care of whatever I need! Appreciate this company!

Have used them for years... Everyone loves to post negative reviews when something goes wrong but nobody posts a positive one when everything is working fine... So here's my five star review and thank you for your service and communication over the past few years. Keep up the great work!

We put out our trash bins.. my daughter who’s 10 years old wanted to be helpful and bring the bins back up to the house.. well they weren’t emptied yet… bless her heart. I called and explained what happened; that we missed pick up. they were able to swing back over and pick them up for us! Thank you Gardner disposal! :)

My mom' who is 81 husband died, the card on auto payment stopped working. GARDNER DISPOSAL SERVICE came and dumped all the trash from their can onto my mom's front lawn on a windy day. This is immoral and unethical. Shame on you GARDNER.

I called and emailed a handful of times trying to figure out what their rates are so I could (maybe) switch from KC disposal to gardner disposal but they dont answer emails or calls... So I guess thats a giant red flag as a company and to not use their services.

Called multiple times during stated business hours to try to start service. Nobody picks up and nobody has returned my calls. Going with Waste Management instead.

Monday was my trash day and my bin did not get completely emptied. I saw one of their trucks drive down my street and I waved them over and asked if they were picking up trash. They said yes and I asked if they could take the three bags that did not get emptied from an earlier pick up and they said no. They said to call the office. They could have easily picked up the bags that the earlier truck left behind, but did not want to assist. Poor customer service. Could have easily resolved the problem.

Gardner leaves trash everywhere. We put it out. Even got 2 extra trash cans and refused to take the trash . Fed up. Pay alot of money and I can't have my trash taken.

I put the cans by the street and Gardner Disposal empties them. I wheel them back into the garage and do the same thing again next week. What I like about their trucks is the arm that picks up the trash can is on the side and it never drops debris. The previous company had a front loader and it left trash up and down every street in the neighborhood every single time. Update: I just saw Gardner disposal service come by in the 60 mile an hour winds and hail and pick up my yard waste!

Worst service provider ever. When our contract is up we are switching to Waste Management. We had a house fire a month ago that started in the trash bins and they have to be replaced. Our contract is through Our home owners associations and despite our HOA Rep Dennis and Myself reaching out to them we cannot get the bins replaced for the service. I have tried calling and working with Amy and Liz but they will not take action. I offered to pay for the bin replacement and they will not work with us. I finally received replacement trash bins 2 months later after driving down to Gardner to talk to Amy in their main office. The whole ordeal was an argument between them and our HOA over $200 which I paid to resume the trash service. I am updating the review because they clearly do not care about the service they provide or their reputation. Don't bother. Other providers sell extra bag tags at the grocery store and are easy pick up and purchase. I have to drive all the way to Gardner to pick them up. And then they don't pick up the bags when tagged.

We had always been pleased in the past with their service. On schedule and would pick up an extra item or two if we had more of that fit in the can. In the last six months, their service has declined drastically. They do not answer their phone, they do not respond to emails. We recently scheduled a bulk pick up and they left all of our trash at the road for a week which ended up getting destroyed by dogs in the area. After multiple calls and emails, we still have not heard back. Very disappointed in the lack of service.

So sick of the drivers. They drive about 50mph down our road every week (posted speed is 30) despite me calling and complaining. We currently have ice on the roads yet they came flying down it once again. We have young kids, livestock, there is absolutely no reason they can't respect the posted speeds here. In the summer months they dust out our property flying down the gravel. So sick of reckless driving.

This company is great to work with. As a disabled person they have worked with me. I have stopped by their facilities and the staff was wonderful. My big dog loves the guys and I wish I could let him out to greet them...he is just too big for me!!!! Love you guys!

I am so appreciative of Gardner Disposal! I am disabled and they were kind enough to pick up my trash at the top of my driveway and bring it back up. This is a tremendous help for me and I can't thank them enough. Have always been kind and professional and I wouldn't use any other service. I've seen them pick up trash another company has dropped and just left in the street. Thank you so much for your service

I think they are excellent! No problems. I saw the previous review. Who pays only $186 for a whole year? Did she ever think about getting trash can to put her trash in. The people who work there are great!

Their accounting associate doesn’t know how to manage their bills when you pay $186 for a yearly service. You don’t send a bill three months later and you especially don’t dump the trash cans all over someone’s yard just because you feel like that’s what you wanna do. Littering on private property is still illegal and charges will be pressed.

It was a blessing in disguise when we moved in and they didn’t return my calls to start service. Drivers blow the stop sign every week almost causing accidents. They also leave my neighbors trash cans in my yard every week and are just unprofessional in general. Not to mention their run down trucks are so loud they shake my house!

I'm very happy with their customer service. I've called several times asking for either an additional pickup or that they pick up some additional items that don't fit in my bin. They're always very helpful and professional. One time there was an issue where they missed an extra pickup I requested. When I reached out they were very professional in the way they quickly acted to take care of me and didn't make excuses or make it seem like I was being unreasonable. Mistakes happen for everyobe, and they took ownership of theirs and fixed it right away. I'm very happy with this company.

WOW!!!! I've used Gardner Disposal for years now, but I just experienced a new level of service. We discovered a broken wheel on the trash bin just last night, set the bin out for regular pickup today, but before I had a chance to call in the broken wheel, someone was already stopping by to fix it! Amazing! Thanks, guys! Great job!

We left Gardner disposal and went with KC disposal a few months back. Worst mistake we ever made! Gardner disposal welcomed us back and they were extremely nice! So glad to be back with a reliable company! We will most likely never leave again. Highly recommended company! Thanks Gardner Disposal!

Very happy with the people of Gardner Disposal. We had never rented a roll off trash before so didn’t know what to expect but we cleaned out so much stuff from our house that was junk. The guy delivering the roll off was super nice called before they came and put it exactly where I asked. Amy explained the process and what costs for what we needed. The co owner came over and helped us when we had a question. Very nice people and very happy we rented a roll off!!!! Thanks Gardner Disposal!

Super frustrated. I always try to buy local. I've never had an issue with the locally owned, Gardner Disposal in the last few years until this month. The drivers broke our Recycling can, no problem, I called the company to tell them what happened and to ask them to replace/fix the can. I get the run around. The receptionist answers the phone and tried to help me. Ultimately, she said she would need to call the owners and ask them if they would replace it, since their crew broke it. She said they would call me back....fast forward a WEEK later, no call, no fixed/replaced can, nothing. Ok, I'm reasonable so I call back today to get an update. The receptionist (not sure if it's the same gal) says they are not liable for personal/owned cans. Meaning if I use my own BRAND NEW can and don't pay their rental fee they don't have to fix/replace my broken can that their CREW broke. Lesson learned, and now I'm looking for other options for trash and recycling. May not have any luck but I'm at least pursing other options. Seems petty to me that a company won't take responsibility for it's employees or contracted employees accidents. Now I have to buy another new can at $80+ Not a happy customer.

Not a Happy Camper! Once they get your money they could care less about the Customer. They picked up the dumpster without any notice so they can quickly turn it around and get more$$$ Left me high and dry early AM before I could get debris in wasn't even 1/3rd full. Called and they told me you signed a contract better read it. Buyer Beware they are very unresponsive to Customer Service all about rental fees not about Customer, NEVER AGAIN! I mean NEVER and I am telling others to beware trying to buy local and got shafted!

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions. We use them for regular trash and recycling services and really love how prompt and attentive they are. I forgot to pay our bill one time, called to see why our trash hadn’t been picked up, was informed I hadn’t paid my bill (so of course I immediately did) anyway, the lady on the phone was very sweet, understanding and sent a truck to pick up our trash the next day. We also recently rented a roll away dumpster for spring cleaning. They had it to us in no time flat, and even hauled it away the day we called and said we were done - way ahead of time. Drivers are courteous and so is everyone I’ve ever spoken with over the phone. Kudos all around!!

I will not trash Gardner Disposal. I have been using them 8 years and have never had an issue even with extra pick ups and the roll off service.This past week I have used a 15 yard roll off and it was picked up 3 times hitting my time needs perfectly. Cyndee has been most helpful and polite when I bothered her several times changing my mind. They are a great asset to the community. Buy local!

I have been with Gardner Disposal for over a year. I did not set my trash out last week and had couple extra bags this week. You still pay when you don't have trash which is understandable. However if I have a couple extra bags this week, they did not pick what was next to the trash can up. I called and left message last night, they called back this morning and asked if I would like to get a larger trash can. I said no, I just want to cancel my service with you. I don't need the whole neighborhood to see trash left outside in front of my house all day. I felt disrespected by having my trash left outside all day instead of leaving a note in the mailbox to warn me that they were not going to pick it up next time if there was trash bags next to their container. I will take my business elsewhere and I am dissatisfied customer. I will not refer them to anyone.
