I was unexpectedly stranded and so I called Sam's and he was very personable..and even gave me the name and number of a tow service he was familiar with (and who turned out to be awesome as well). They worked together to get my car to the shop in a wonderfully timely manner. I had someone pick me up and the next day my car was done..and I had her back. Great fast service..extremely Amiable people..and I would suggest checking out this place and it's owner in Desoto,Kansas any time for a great experience.
Halfway to Kansas City, I was loaded with equipment and my tire pressure light came on. I stopped in at 3:30 and asked for help. They were kind enough to pause what they were doing to help me get on my way! Very kind! Highly recommend!
What a jerk! He has signed up for a service that he doesn't provide. Because of this, I had to go days and days without my car, and pay money for a tow that I couldn't afford. I had to walk miles when I do that at my job 70 hours a week on my one day off. All he had to do was removed himself from the service company that he doesn't provide services for. Thanks a lot!
We take our fleet of vehicles to Sam. He is punctual, can work on any kind of car/truck and is fairly priced..something hard to find compared to today's dealership overcharged rates. Love this place!
A huge thanks to Sam’s Automotive Repair in De Soto KS. Just before a long drive out of town to attend a visitation I found a screw in my tire. They got me in quickly so I could still make it in time and didn’t overcharge. Highly recommend!

Very easy to make appointment. I knew I had to spend a good amount of money on the repair. Sam worked with me on it and did an excellent job on the repair. He is a one man shop. Im glad I went to someone in our community instead of a dealership!!
This is super delayed, but Sam helped me a few weeks back when my check engine light came on. There was a lot wrong, and he fixed it all. I would like to thank Sam and Google for bringing me to him.
Sam did a fantastic job on my car, he got me in immediately during the holiday season, and he had it ready to drive off the very next day. He was incredibly honest, told me what was necessary to repair and what could wait. Very affordable and quality work. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area.
Great service. Great customer service ... On my oil change .. 3 days later. ..today I had a dead battery. Sam sent someone to jump my car ....I'm now at Sam's. ..he's installing my new battery Sam was so helpful. ...GREAT customer service !!! Friendly.
