I am doing this review in my dad’s behalf. He was so excited to get his tractor back and imagine the disappointment we all felt when we laid eyes on it!!!! The paint is already falling off of it because they did NOTHING BUT sprayed it with paint!!! Radiator hoses and all!!!! The part of the paint that should have looked the best was wet sanded and missed!! The hood was put back on crooked and there were loose bolts. When he tried to tell them that he wasn’t happy they did not work with him at all!! He still paid the bill in full (which I would not have) and they said it would have cost even more for the paint if he wanted a showroom job. Some one who doesn’t do this for a living could have done a much more professional job. They even lost one of his lock bolts and replaced it with a screw!!! I do not recommend bringing anything here….to paint or for mechanical reasons.??????
I was stranded and needed a new battery. I was towed to Nortonville Parts and Auto and they installed a new battery for me, thank you so much!! Definitely recommend this business!!!
First of all, I want to thank them all for putting up with me. I have an old Marty J lawnmower that needed work. They are an authorized dealer for them. I had just bought the mower from a private individual, and I wanted someone to go through it. I had no way of knowing how old the mower was, turns out to be a 1979 (approximately) vintage mower. Now the last owner thought there was a problem with an exhaust leak. At least that’s what he told me. Turns out it was a blown head gasket. I was able to help them find a new head gasket for it. They replaced that, and went through it for me. It is a zero turn mower, and had a problem with steering. He fixed that for me. I feel very fortunate to have found these guys. Funny thing is that no one in Kansas City, could, or would work on it. Thanks!!!??
While I never wanted the honor of the world’s oldest lawnmower, if these guys will help me, I hope to keep it running for a few more years.
10/01/23. Well that old mower bit the dust. I checked with these guys, and they had a much newer version of my old mower. I like it a lot, and hope to get a few years of use out of it. ?
Best Service and Expertise Possible. Did a phenomenal job on my 1966 IH 856 Wheatland. Tractor has never run better. Rebuild Engine, Clutch, Water Pump, various other adjustments. Don't waste you time or money anywhere else. These Are The Experts. A#1 Best in the Business !!!!
