Rude, overpriced, never stay on words, never go with this towing, totally froud, attached two pictures, in one picture they asking $175 cash to open the gate for truck, another picture $200 cash asking, moved our accidental trailer, provided them insurance details and but they bound my truck without any reason saying will no release until claim clear and charged $4000 for truck parking and after that demanding $200 cash for release the truck, be aware, find something better,
one star is more than enough for theri service, if we get something in negative they deserve it, rude behaviour at all, they will hold your truck and trailer, will charge you extra money in the name of storage, will not stay for their words as well, if you have otions then never go with them. shelbie at call, very rude and unprofessional.
Very disappointing experience with this towing company. Prices felt extremely overpriced compared to others, and customer service was very rude and unprofessional. I also felt they tried to take advantage of customers by adding unfair charges and overcharging for the service provided. Communication was poor and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Better to wait a few extra hours and find another towing company instead of dealing with this one.
DON’T use them! They get a pin drop to our location & then had an emergency accident tow & NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL US! We learned they weren’t coming by calling to get an ETA. Dispatcher, Brooklyn, you have one job!
Matt was Fast getting to our accident and efficient. Shelby in front office was kind and very helpful letting what we would need to do.

This company is so awesome. They have helped my family out several times. I know how hard it is to get a good review when they see us at some of the worst times, but their employees and the owner go above and beyond, especially when the weather is the worst and I have run off the road. I would recommend them to anyone needing roadside assistance.
My husband used Southwest Towing and Thomas was very professional and knew exactly what to do; had a great attitude and made the towing experience pretty smooth. Highly recommend Thomas and Southwest Towing.
This company is was very rude, and racist! They judged the manager of the company by his name, and refused to take his card because of his name! They also charged 900 dollars for ten minute job!! They are very unprofessional!! They treated my husband like he was a criminal!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Im a oversize hauler, I got stuck in a parking lot with a heavy load on, my initial call was answered promptly and the dispatcher asked all the pertinent questions. The proper equipment arrived after normal buisness hours, About 45 minutes from my initial call.
The operator was a true professional, we discussed a couple options, He assessed the best method after thoroughly looking over my truck and trailer and proceeded to pull me out, I am a company driver and i paid the bill out of my pocket, I felt the bill was very fair after all wreckers arent cheap and nether is good quality service.
If needed even if i wasnt in the area they would be my first call.

Do not use this company to tow an RV. They towed our daughter's RV 20 miles and charged her $900. They came from Dodge city to about 20 east of Jetmore, which is about 50 miles and towed it back to Jetmore, and charged $900. Ridiculous!!!! I called the company thinking there had been a mistake and they said the charges correct. WOW! We could have had it towed all the way back to Hays, Kansas for $570 by Augies Repair and Towing company.
Southwest towing of Dodge City Kansas are definitely not friendly, I was told I could not bring my dog in the truck, I had to leave him in the vehicle being towed. He is never away from me and this scared him greatly. I would not recommend this company. It took several hours for them to get to me and the driver was lost and on the wrong Hwy looking for me. Not a company I would use again except in total desperation. Never trust someone who is not dog friendly.???
These people are just common thieves. Spent 30 minutes helping me out of a mud hole less than 2 miles from there shop, charged me $560. The guy was arrogant and condescending. They take advantage of other people who are already having a bad day. Take my advice if you run into trouble call anouther tow company even if it takes longer. Owning a tow truck doesn't give you the right to steal. They are common thieves.
When the dispatcher said 30 mins to come get my wifes key out of her car at 9 on a sunday night i was spectacle but 29 mins later there where here. Very quick very professional. I was impressed
185.00 an hour (hour and a half min) After waiting an hour and then wrapping up my work in one hour I was charged 350.00. Kansas math or just bad business. There are several very friendly companies in the area who will charge you less.
Employee Daniel was very rude and has no business providing services to stranded motorists. Dispatcher Angie quoted me one price then employee Daniel charged me more then quote. Buyer Beware. Scam Scam Scam
