Very unprofessional. While unloading my truck the driver hit my bumper and bent my bumper brackets on my truck. After speaking to the owner he argued with me and said the damage wasn’t bad. I told them I wanted them to fix the damage. He stated he was now gonna charge me more if I wanted them to fix the damage. Then he hung up and told his driver to just leave without paying.
The biggest Scammers in The Dodge City, KS area they towed a hopper trailer, was empty just hook on and go $$1,823.75 is what they charged, to tow it 6 miles to their lot!
I needed a tow and didn’t want to wait for AAA to get there since they would’ve taken longer so we decided to use a local place instead. There were no prices discussed beforehand since they just asked the model of car, where we were, and said they were on the way. I assumed it would’ve been around $150 like most places I’ve used before and was going to be reimbursed either way so it didn’t make much difference. long story short, when we went to pay for our 10-15 minute tow a day later at the mechanic shop they dropped us off at it came out to $250 flat rate AND almost $20 dollars for the amount driven. I called asking for an explanation as most would because there was never a flat rate discussed and you’d think with it being that high they would’ve discussed it considering their entire website says call for rates. most insurance companies won’t cover tow that much and so we went from paying nothing to paying out of pocket for a chunk of it. I was basically told because we didn’t ask, he didn’t have to tell us before he picked it up and when I simply asked person to person if he really thought what he did was honest he told me this is why he doesn’t help “people like me”. I can stand something being overpriced if you can explain why but blatant disrespect to customers because they’re not understanding where the undiscussed $250 fee came from is just crazy. still not sure what it’s supposed to mean since the person on the phone didn’t explain but I’m sure we can all guess. he got his money and I got reimbursed for most my money but unless you’re looking to spend almost $300 on a 15 minute tow with 0 explanation other than “well I already did it” I’d wait it out.
I got my semi stuck down a nasty dort road. Raul and Wilfredo came out and took care of business. These two were professional, friendly and great at their job. Thank you guys! Would recommend 10/10!
Raul is amazing! Quick arrival after the initial call was made. Corrected the air valve for my trailer tandems in 10 minutes! Raul is very patient and understanding. 5 stars!
Raul an his crew did an excellent job towing my semi especially with it being Super Bowl Sunday they came got me off the road next day towed truck into town where their shop is where is was amazing also they found an fixed problem in wonderful time gave ride to hotel for the nights I had to stay their pricing is very fair considering the time an the market we r in
I called this morning. I spoke to Raul I did ask for his services and his team started heading my way which is about one hr away. 30 minutes later a guy showed up with a big machine and got me unstuck so I called Raul again and told him that I was out already and I expected some kind of charge because I did ask him to come my way but he was glad I was out and even helped me with some directions on where to turn so that didn’t happen again. He didn’t charge me anything.

I just want to give a huge shout out to DC Towing & Recovery for yanking me off the highway and escorting me to a safe place to park during the recent blizzard, really appreciated one of your crew riding in my truck with me to make sure I got there safely. Also, I’d like to commend y’all’s performance maneuvering me around all the other stuck vehicles when y’all pulled me out! Be safe and keep up the fantastic work!

Towed my 1969 A model kenworth to dodge city Kansas did an excellent job will diffently be using DC towing and recovery for future towing and repair needs .
Towed my Peterbilt into Dodge City did an excellent job was fast to the scene late at night and was reasonably priced. Also did me the favor of recommending a small local shop that got my truck fixed up the same day and saved me from an extra day or two waiting at the dealer. A+ service would use again

DC towing went above and beyond to save the day for my friend and i! My friend had ordered a penzke moving truck and car trailer to be delivered to dodge city on Saturdsy morning. Penzke being the way they are, finally got the truck delivered late Saturday night but with no car trailer! After returning to dodge city Monday morning and still not having a trailer there, waiting all day long listening to Penzke's "its on the way" all day long, finally someone called this towing company and he left Dodge City at 4p.m., went to Colby and got the trailer, and finally got us our trailer at 10 that evening. DC Towing rescued our trip! The man was VERY NICE and, althiugh i hope i never need a tow truck, if I do and I'm around Dodge City, they'll be the first one I'll call! Highly recommend them!
I highly recommend these guys. Great communication, and willing to help any way possible. I had a belt tensioner go out on my Freightliner Cascadia in 5 degree weather on US 54 west of Minneola, KS on a Sunday night. They contacted the afterhours parts person at the Freightliner in Dodge City to see about availability of the tensioner and the serpentine belt. Although the parts weren't able to be picked up until 7:30 the next morning when Freightliner opened, the mechanic was already gearing up to grab them and fix me up. He came out in 5 degree weather and got straight to work. It started snowing pretty heavily, but he just kept plugging away and checked everything to see that everything was running properly before taking off for another job. Very professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I worked on a claim due to a rollover with Raul from DC Towing and Recovery. Hands down the best experience i have had with a wrecker company. His communication was top notch and he stayed on top of every request. He and his team did an amazing job reworking the load and followed instructions to a T. Would recommend
They are thugs. They always asks double amount for any work. So if someone needs the any service than we should try other one. They are just blackmailer and scammer.
