Take your business somewhere else,that's what the lady in the front desk told me when I try to complain about the the staff being rude, she was 10x worsed than the rude staff working in the illuminum area. They all deserved to get fire! I feel like I got ripped off a couple times as well.
The guy that takes the scrap copper is very rude and tries to intimidate you and pay for number 2 copper when you know It’s number 1. I will never sell to this place again

I used to go to them all the time their computer made an error 3 years ago and overpaid me. Now they will not let me in the yard because of it. I think it's sad that you guys made the mistake and I have to pay for it. I will no longer ever bring metal to this metal yard. That's just disrespectful to the People bringing the metal in that you're recycling and getting a check out of to pay your bills. Shame on you
Good prices but scrapers beware that if you have any mixed metals they will not tell you about them until it is time to pay. At this point it is too late to seperate anything and you have to just take the check n move on. Decent place just a bad experience being new to the iron buisness.
The guys are really nice and help unload your items fast and try and get you in the right place to unload and recycle scrap metal and cans stainless steel, batteries, copper and what not the only thing that is a little bit disappointing was the end result which is the total you have to have enough heavy items to make a ton at least but besides that they have the ATM right there as soon as you get the ticket you scan it and get cash but hey at least your recycling things you don't need cleaning up the yard had it's advantages...
Called over got current prices. Didnt give what quoted tried tell me i called wrong number. Had this number in phone for years morris paying 20$ ton more for appliances
