Man I was about to sale my baby!!! because I couldn’t find my back window I called everyone and was giving up hope because my car is a 93 Lincoln town car they couldn’t find it!!!! I got recommended by a friend to John from Smith auto and he was on it !! He said “ Oh I’ll find it “ and Found it I think the same day !!! very helpful and professional thank you Guys will be coming for anything I need even if I have to drive from liberal… so happy I didn’t have to sale my baby and!!!!!’

I ordered a part and was told 3 to 5 days for shipping, they sent the wrong part and it took 3 weeks in total to get my part. They’re good at taking your money but horrible customer service, I try to support local businesses but kinda hard to like this. For anyone else looking for parts try Keystone in Liberal KS, they have better customer service.

These guys are great. I had left a couple items in my truck when it went to auction. I called IAA who was kind enough to inform me that Smith bought the truck, so when I called Smith and told them what happened, they located and mailed my belongings back to me that same day. Huge thanks to Jose.

These guys are easy to work with. They will search for whatever you are looking for. Jose Barron found us a motor for our daughter’s truck. Made it easy to return the core and get core refund. We continue to use Smith Auto and Truck parts for all our needs. Thank for being an amazing company.

Bought a used alternator for my 2003 f350 here for 60$ works great and looked like it was almost new! Everyone on the sales team was patient with me and provided me with all the info I needed!

Kent went out of his way to help us locate a wheel for our SUV, even though he did not have one. He located one at another company and gave me their info, so I could buy the wheel from them. These guys have a vast inventory and their parts guys know their inventory and know the business. Hard to find modules at fair pricing. We rebuild ECM PCM modules and Kent and the crew will treat you right. Thanks again and see you on the next one!!!

FANTASTIC to work with! I work for a small auto repair shop in a completely different state and these guys made purchasing a used engine super easy and enjoyable. The engine came in quickly and packaged securely. 100/10 will work with them in the future!

Kent was great to work with and quickly got me set up. Went from new customer to account set up and part ready for pickup in the matter of a couple hours and emails.

Staff was pleasant work with really helpful. Their slightly sloped driveway is a little precarious from erosion, but other than that, a great experience. If you can go in person, I recommend that over calling in.

I placed an order for a Wiper Transmission on Dec 18. Three weeks later I emailed Kent for the status and tracking number, and received no response. The next day I inquired via the contact form, and again received no response. Today I looked at my credit card statement and discovered they had cancelled my order and refunded my card on Dec 29 without a reason or even a notification. I'm giving one star for refunding my money. How hard would it have been to let me know they were not going to send me the part, or respond to my inquiries?

Zach is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t know exactly what I needed, but he was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend Smith’s, based on my experience.

If six stars was an option, they’d be getting six. I was on a mission to get a truck that I had wrecked back before it could be torn apart at the salvage yard. After tracking it down, Kent was extremely helpful in making sure nobody could tamper it while I tried to sell my replacement. He went out of his way to make sure it was eas safe and sound while I made the money to buy it back, which isn’t easy for a college kid to do. After finally having enough and selling my S10 we bought it, and my girlfriend and I made our long 4 hour trek to garden city on Saturday morning. There I met Doug, who helped With the paperwork, and gave me the truck. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, my F150 was sitting there. Exactly how I had left it. Unfortunately it wouldn’t start, but Doug wasn’t going to give up and he went out of his way, took it into their shop and spent almost an hour trying to get it to start, and he was successful. Extremely friendly people, cleanest salvage yard I’ve ever been to, thank you all so much for helping me with what seemed like a lost cause become possible. My baby is finally back home and safe because of y’all. 11/10

I've known Doug for nearly 30 years and worked at his yard dismantling vehicles. You won't find a better place to get quality used parts. There's a good reason they have been in business for as long as they have. If for any reason the parts they sell are faulty when they leave the door you can trust and believe that they will make it right.

MY BAD. This review was for piland. you and your team are very attentive and professional unlike your counterparts. ( They sold me an alternator they did not have it in the store and they ordered it they charged me 20 extra I received it on Friday I installed it and it does not work I return it on Monday and they tell me they can only get me another one but I already bought a new one and I did not They wanted to give credit just another piece just like I no longer need)

Was looking for a hard to find part for a customer’s vehicle. Smith’s didn’t have one in their inventory, but was able to find one for me and had it shipped directly to my business in a very timely manor! Part was reasonably priced and in great condition! Will definitely recommend them for your replacement part needs!

We talked to Kent. He got the part. It didn't look like the part we have. We took it in to him and he told us yes this is the right part the placement is a little different for the plug in parts. Then the above and beyond happened he went with us to the vehicle (sitting right outside) and helped us. It did fit perfectly and is a great replacement. Great place to work with. We will be back!

Exceptional Service. My husband has been looking for a bench seat for our Yukon XL for about a year. Prices with shipping were very high and sometimes condition is questionable. Then Bryan discovered Rob’s listing (the owner) so we arranged to meet when we drove through from Denver on our road trip to visit family. We took longer than anticipated and arrived at 5:30 closing time. Rob stayed open so we could buy the seat and even helped install it. He even threw in replacement mats. The bench seat was exactly as described in excellent condition and priced extremely fair. *We returned on our way home to buy door seals and a rear view mirror from him.

This is a first class operation. I purchased a Jeep windshield frame from them and it was a great experience. I''m from out of town and they went out of their way to help me. The salesman (embarrassed to say I didn't catch his name) sent me detailed pictures of the frame and was very helpful. When I arrived to pick it up they already had it pulled off the Jeep, had the hardware in a plastic bag for me, and even offered to bubble wrap it. They also had two guys help me load it in the car to make sure it didn't get damaged. This is how you run a business, I sure wish they had a location in Dallas! I'll be doing business with these guys again even though it is a very long drive for me to get here. It was well worth the drive, the windshield is in fantastic condition. I highly recommend Smith Auto and Truck Parts, can't say enough good things about my experience here.

I was a little skeptical ordering a part online having never talked to anyone. I ordered a 2005 Jeep fender flare. It showed up extremely fast, very well packaged and in great shape. They also included the hardware as a bonus. Would definitely order with Smith again.

I found Smith Auto & Truck Parts online during my search for a replacement part for my Ford F-150. Brad was great to work with. He answered all of my questions, provided photos, and shipped the part quickly. The part was in great shape and cost me half of what it would have on eBay.
