Great store in a convenient location at the north end of town.
When I went there, I was helped by an employee named Andrew who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Best of all, he didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing much about my car, and he took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand.
I don’t know if all the employees are as awesome as Andrew, but he definitely made the experience better than I was expecting.
People like Andrew make such a difference to the inexperienced customers who stop by and need help
Good place to go for parts and accessories they don't have everything but they can help you in the gym just like any other O'Reilly's
There are some good employees and then there's a few that are no expression no smile no welcoming face people as I call them
Meaning they're not very welcoming and comforting when you're trying to find what you need they just very cold. I wouldn't recommend if you need something here they generally have it or can guide you somewhere.
Last but not least the knowledge that most of them have are able to help you there was a few disgruntled customers but he was very impatient and not willing to understand that not every store has what you need but they can guide you and find out by a phone call if they have it at the other store so you can get it, you just have to be patient

Went in there for some windshield wipers and couldn’t help but overhear a conversation between the Manager Greg and another associate. He was being extremely rude to them I could not believe my ears. Don’t even understand how he still has a job here…
This O'Reilly's is close by and usually has what I'm looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful. I still purchase motor oil at Wmart or on Amazon because it's cheaper. While Douglas County is in the Red Zone for Covid in July 2022 none of the employees are wearing masks. This is the company's choice, but disappointing.
Was driving through from KC to western KS and had my vehicle overheat. I was able to make it off the turnpike and to O'Reilly which was the closest parts store. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable and even offered to take a look at the vehicle for me. He was able to get me what I needed to get back on the road, and I was extremely grateful for his help.
Very friendly and great service! Staff was knowledgeable about the parts I needed and even double checked with their system to make sure I was getting the right stuff. Helped me to install and gave some advice and pointers for the future. Jamie was a real help and an asset to your organization. Thanks again! Will be back to your 2nd street location if I need anything else.
I have waited a year to post this review. But, after yet another bad service yesterday.. I have had it.This is one of the worst stores I have had to do business with in a while. AVOID IT!!!. Someone in management needs to clean house of their employees when they sit around rather than help a customer or not give the right information so that my time is wasted. I thought it may have been due to the pandemic that service was bad, but no.. it's just boys who don't want to work or don't know customer service.
Thank you Nicholas for all your help. I learned that I should always go to the front counter for help, rather than relying on the book to tell me which windshield wipers to get for my car. Another lesson I learned, is to put the windshield wipers on before leaving the parking lot. Thank you again Nicholas for helping get the right windshield wipers for my car and for putting them on.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff that's willing to put in the extra work to save you money and make sure you're taken care of. Abie at the 23rd St store in Lawrence was exceptionally helpful.
Well first of all to Charles Scott, this store will not sell something that's been used like your $120 scope. Which those are never opened so falsely accusing a store of selling you a used scope is wrong on your part sir. This store is very good at its service and thrives to give their customers what they need at an affordable or reasonable price
Good little spot with a bunch of auto parts needs. I always seem to find everything I need here, in stock. The staff is helpful and has experience with a lot of the products they sell.
This location often runs specials on a variety of products as well.
We went there to get an automobile scope to look down into the motor. To bad they let people buy them, use them, then return them. So I ended up paying full price for a used tool.
Has the cheapest prices in town. The guys inside always help you and even help you put what you get on your car for free. Great place, will answer all your questions.
