Have taken 2 of our vehicles for repairs and maintenance. My 1st vehicle needed several repairs and Ross was diligent on making sure the diagnosis and proper repairs were done and completed in a timely manner. I had 2 other mechanics look at my vehicle prior to commiting to Ross and to say the least, not only was his assesment what fixed the problem, but his prices were quite a bit lower. I highly recommend him, due to honesty and fair prices. I will be utilizing his services for all our vehicle needs.

We brought our truck to Mike under extreme distress. Our family had three vehicles down and one had just been wrecked and totaled out. He worked quickly to get batteries ordered for two of the vehicles. Mike was so upfront and honest with us. He worked so hard to save us money and quickly get us back on the road again, safely. Let me start by saying it did take longer to complete my brake job but it was due to circumstances out of their control and I can’t really blame them at all for wanting to get the job done right. I would recommend bringing your car here if you’re looking for someone who actually cares about the quality of the parts and work done on your vehicle. While I was initially disappointed to hear my vehicle was going to take an extra day due to a parts supplier issue, Ross stepped in at pickup and explained both the high quality parts used and his views on doing the job right. This turned the whole situation around and you can tell just by talking with him that he cares about the work he does. I would highly recommend using this shop for any service they offer!

Mike and Ross are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. If something doesn't need work, they won't fix it. However, if there are things that need repaired, they will let you know what/all that they find and you have the final input as to how you would like to handle it. Having been in business for over two decades and as a master technician, Ross has a true understanding of how to do repairs the correct way and he does that for each and every customer.

Mike and his Dad have done a great job taking care of my car and my other family members cars. We have been using them for years and will continue to use them for all our car needs. Mike is so knowledgeable about cars and that carries over to the work that he does. He is always helpful and provides information in my language (not car language) so that I understand what and why. It's hard to find a reputable mechanic that does not take advantage of women in this industry. I feel fortunate enough to have found Ross Automotive! I have not ever been treated with such respect when trying to get my car repaired. I was shown what the issue was and notified every step of the way. My car was completed on time and in the timeframe expected. I had price checked around and found that for the money Ross Automotive was the only way to go! I cannot recommend them enough!!

This is the best place I have ever found. I never have to worry about recurring issues after a repair. The work has always been thorough, my vehicle always treated with respect, and service has always been polite. Never have I been disappointed with any of the service I received. I have had some issues with larger international auto services in the past but I have never had to worry about any work done at Ross Auto. It is the only place I trust now days. Took my vehicle in for a suspected problem with a certain price in mind that it would take to repair it. After vehicle was diagnosed I was told the problem was something minor that would cost less than I expected. I was also given a laundry list of other things that needed to be done to the vehicle. Due to the fact that I was told the problem was a minor fix, I authorized some of the additional work that was suggested. The day before I was to pick my vehicle up I receive a call informing me the vehicle won't start and the original problem I suspected was actually what was wrong. Since the suggested additional work was already completed, I ended up on the hook for way more parts & labor than I expected. Incompetence or deception? I won't be back..
