May have takin a minute, but was worth the wait. John was professional, and awesome to see him work. I have a 38 ft motor home and he hooked it up quickly. Would recommend this company for any towing.

Thank you to the tow truck driver that made two trips to rescue an Uber driver and passenger stuck on the side of the highway. Your tow truck was maybe the best thing I've seen in a long time after Uber left us waiting for eight hours on the side of the road. And thanks to Jake for sending you our way!
Jarred Higgs is more upset that daddy got his truck removed from his property. This towing company is by far the best in the business and I would highly recommend the crew and the owner to anyone!
This guy is a joke he was unprofessional from the jump letting his personal feelings get in the way of how he should have done business. He was looking for a reaction so he could justify his own reaction but he didn't get it.
My camper had a leaf spring break after a weekend hunt. I was not able to tow or repair it with the limited resources I had available.
Rough Country Towing made a trip out to the property I hunt and made temporary repairs, and then towed it to a facility of my choosing where it could be repaired. They worked with my insurance company, who agreed to cover the tow.
Rough Country Towing also offered to make the permanent repairs; replace both leaf springs. Due to insurance details, they did not. My jacks, chock blocks, etc were safely stored for me and ready to be picked up along with my camper.
Few positive attributes I’d use to describe them; hard working, “country smart”, trustworthy, honest, capable.
Company info says they provide car towing. Guy answers the phone with simply "Hello", doesn't identify who he is or that this is even a company.
I told him I had a car I needed towed, and he says we only tow semis.
If you're local and need help, don't waste your time, unless you're driving a big rig and can guess who's on the other end of the line when you call.
Rough Country Towing is the best towing company around. They are good people and are fair in there prices. Need a tow call rough country. They know what they're doing
We hired them to cut down some tree at our farm. Very reasonable and work was very good. They came right up and looked at the job, then showed up promptly the morning they promised to be here.
At first he was nice helped out very understanding then afterwards was completely different. He was suppose to have towed my sister's car to her house but instead took it to his shop started charging her 25 a day til another person came and got it but here's where it get's more dumb. He charged my insurance and was paid for it to be delivered to my sister's house but never delivered like he said it would be. He also charged the gentlemen who came to get my sister's car from his shop the same towing he already got paid for by my insurance. Worst decision ever.
Amazing company. Great people. Ask for Billy to do your tows. He is an amazing driver and very professional. Or you could ask for Driver John. He is very understanding and will get things done within a reasonable price.
