Kean provided top-notch customer service and product knowledge. He made my car shine, I believe we have a future young business owner there, he shared that he would like to have a Mobile detail business someday and I told him he better get ahold of me so that I can be his first customer!!!
Service and parts are generally on point. But this evening I flew over from 2 towns away desperately needing a part. Started calling 15 minutes before close when I was getting close to the store. Arrived 8 minutes till 9pm when they were supposed to close and they were locked up tight. Tried to call store again. Kid came out laughted and picked up and hung up the phone. Not really happy a out this visit. You should have adults that understand when you close. It Cost me 20$ in gas to.find out the crew tonight either had better things to do other than to make you.money or they were just plain lazy tonight
Have had few problems in the past getting right parts. Today they have a good team that tries no matter to help with situation at hand. Friendly and great service.
Talk about an amazing community driven location. I was in complete distress this morning as my windshield wiper had busted in a rain storm was moving in. To boot I had just missed placed my credit card in between filling up with gas and realizing that my windshield wiper was broken. I don’t even know the amazing man’s name with the amazing mustache, I was so taken back by his generosity to help me and purchase my wipers. My dedication will be to O’Reillys in Hiawatha Kansas for all of my car and auto needs. It takes these kind of people to make the world good again.
Installed a new truck battery for me last week in zero degree weather with a wind chill of -20. Spent 15 min out in that wind getting past a stripped bolt with not a word of complaint. Will do all my auto parts shopping here from now on. Unbelievable service ethic.
Nice store, the staff will try to help you but honestly a large portion of their knowledge is coming from what the computer says and little actual knowledge so do your research before asking for their knowledge.
Website is very thorough as to making sure you get the right part. Got a wheel bearing and fit right up with no troubles by verifying specifics that Napa doesn't do. Got a wheel bearing that fit, but the abs light is on tho it's hooked up right.
Went to O'Reilly's to get oil. Keep in mind I dont know a single thing about cars, so i was relying solely on the help of the O'Reillys employee. I told the young woman at the counter that my dip stick was at 'minimum' and she replyed with a shocked "oh, you need four quarts of oil!" I believed her, because she worked there and she's supposed to know what's she's talking about. So I buy four quarts of oil and put all of them in my car. Thankfully I only drove it home and called my dad to let him know that she told me to put four quarts in so that's what I did. Queue him rushing over to drain about three quarts from my oil tank before it blew out my motor. My dipstick was about three inches above the maximum line. So, in closing, dont listen to what the employees at hiawatha o'Reillys tell you. They're lying.
Prices are to high compared to Walmart and other options for same stuff. Only thing that they got going for them is if you need a part and it's not at that store they check all other stores near them. So you can get parts pretty quick.
