Hook up towing by far has the best service I have seen in years of towing. My first time getting stuck in a muddy situation and unable to get out of myself. Extremely fast on responding, extremely polite. Showed up with smiles and respect and a way to get us out of a hole. I highly recommend you give this company a call when in need. They did so much more than just get me out of the mud, they treated me like a friend.
Is a very professional dude, able to do a wide variety of tows with a wide variety of distances. from running out of gas to being stuck in a ditch, this is the man to call!
If you need a pull this is the man to call if your in his serviceable area . I found myself in wet mud trying to figure out a good fishing spot . He told me 45 mins and he arrived early and had me out in under ten mins . . Thank you for helping me . I hope you get your boat all fixed up and hook up into a big cat .
I hit a deer on a Tuesday evening. Scott came to the rescue. He loaded up my car and took it back to his place. The next morning he helped with finding a body shop to have it towed to for estimate and repairs. Thank you Scott, Hook Up Towing
Would give a negative score! Very unprofessional, and sounded very hungover. Couldn't be reliable, then when called out he proceeded to call his friend at the auto repair shop and get him to not work on my car. . Ok are we 12!? Own up to your incompetence and act like a big boy. Definitely wouldn't rely on this guy to get a job done when he says.
i only gave one star because i had to. i did not want to. i called this towing company and they assured me that they would be at my location to get my car that was in the middle of the road then called back 45 LATER to let me know that he got another call to KC and he was not coming to get my car. i informed them i had already told all my rides to leave since i had i stay with the car, it was raining, and there was no power. he still proceeded to tell me “i’m not coming” i ask him for his company name, he refused.

I had a wheel issue that stranded me in Hiawatha while on my way back to Missouri. I called and even though it was Christmas, Scott came out and hauled my car and myself back to Falls City NE. He didn’t have to come out on Christmas but he gladly did it. I can never thank him enough. He was excellent and a really awesome guy!!

We called AAA and weren't sure what company we would get, but Scott. the owner of Hook up, came out and handled the towing of our older year vette that he was taking into KC for us, and he took the time to make sure the long nose of the car wasn't damaged by placing blocks down and he took his time, and we are confident that the right company was handling our car for sure. Would use again if the need arose and would recommend for sure!
Can’t believe this guy was called by my insurance company then tells my son that he will lose money and canceled the tow. So unprofessional. Never had such poor business. Don’t call this guy, leaves someone stranded on the side of the road. Unbelievable!
It was late and I was out of gas. Not a huge emergency. But guy answered the phone promptly and was very polite. I declined service this time but i would use them if the situation warranted.
We were driving from Portland, OR to Nashville, TN. The accelerator pedal quit working somewhere in rural Kansas. We called Hook Up and discussed our predicament over the phone. He showed up 25 minutes later with a screw driver and a pair of pliers. He re-attached the accelerator cable and secured it. We were back on the road in 15 minutes and were able to see my daughter in Nashville as planned. Thank you, Hook Up dude! You saved our vacation.
