Overall, I will give this Towing company five stars! We were very lucky to get Johnny. I had my two girls and my husband with me and he made sure to take care of all and our needs that we needed as a family of four. If I’m ever in Fort Dodge and need immediate towing services again I will for sure reach out to this company and ask for Johnny if possible! Johnny is such a sweet individual and has such a kind heart! In a world just trying to be a happy customer Johnny made sure he met all those needs! Thank you Shauna for your hospitality.
They are not 24 hours but it says it cause advertisement for people that really need to help I’m stuck with no stores but your company says 24 hours the voicemail says 8 to 5
I have known Johnny for many years now but this is first time I had to deal with him for my own vehicle being towed but he's very nice and has been willing to work with me on paying him in order to get my vehicle back so I didn't end up with a bill that I couldn't pay because I had just started a new job and wouldn't get payed for a week or 2
They go out of their way for their customers!! Low prices for towing, unlocks, service, etc.
They also sell very nice vehicles as they have a Dealer's license to sell. Love this company!!
The tow truck driver was very nice very helpful and he even helped put my car in the driveway with my son that is worth every penny 😊 and I didn't have to wait long only took about 12 minutes for them to come to help me out reliable service 🤗

Good ol hometown business. Very knowledgeable. Takes special care and treats u and ur ride like one of his own. Ponderosa has been around here for MANY decades and there is a reason for it!
Called once to quote a price and called back 5 minutes later and noone answered kept getting a recording for over a hour so my husband went to the shop and theres 3 people he said sitting right by the phone ignorin it. Price was ok just good luck getting ahold! of anyone seems to be they work when they feel like it
