I shop here all the time along with other family members, the staff are knowledgeable and they almost always have the part i need at a good price and if they don't have it they will absolutely go out of there way to find it and get it to you right away .
I really needed a serpentine belt to get a family member back on the road today and no one in town had what I needed. At O'Reillys in Washingto, Iowa the person working named AJ informed me that they didn't have the belt either. I asked if there was any way for him to look up the size of the belt and find one similar. No one ever does this so I expected him to reply with an apology and a no but to my surprise, within seconds he found one just half an inch bigger than what I needed. He was sure to let me know they couldn't recommend using the belt and it may not work but it did work perfectly and my family member was back on the road in no time. Thanks O'Reillys!
Worst store ever. I ordered a product 3 times in one day and never got it I even called and the manager Bert or Earnie and he said he had my part and he would save it for me I went in and talked to him and he lost it lol more like sold it out under me. Just pisses me of I drive 30 min to get there 3 times at that for that to happen is bad business and bad management. I didn’t even get a apology Hope this store fixes the manager problem by letting him go you can tell he doesn’t know how to do his job.
I always have the best experience ever. They have recommended a fantastic mechanic and I have never used anyone else to work on my vehicle. They are all super nice and friendly.
I went in to get a brake light for my car. I was greeted upon entry by several employees. I was helped right away. They looked up part had it in hand and was out the door in under 5 minutes. The manager was nice and very helpful. The part was easy to replace, and they showed me upon request how to replace the part easily myself! Thank you so much!

Helped me with a diagnostic problem and solved it right on the spot. Very intelligent workers need paid more for what they do. Had one put my battery in even at 15 below. That's the man there. Will go again.
These boys were very helpful, they got right down and helped me get a bulb out of my headlight and replaced it, and then even took the time to check my other lights and discovered my 3rd brake light was out. Very respectful and kind.
Young man working behind the counter when out of his way to help me noticed different items that I was just window shopping and pointed out they had a few of those items on clearance if I was interested. so I now have a seat cover for my passenger seat!
They had the parts I was looking for. Customer service needs work. Simply need to greet customers when they come in. The guy who waited on me made me feel like women shouldn't be in an auto parts store. I knew what I needed and had found everything on my own.
I can always find exactly what I want here. They installed the wipers I selected on this visit. I have ruined more than one pair installing them on my own. What a great service!
Poor service standing around talking long wait time highly recommend going to AutoZone in and out awesome service will not waste time and money with Washington O'Reillys again
